5300 Centre Apartments — Local services in Saint Peters

I’m going to start with the most important thing, for me, and that is the Office/Maintenance staff at 5300 Centre!

From the very first moment that these amazing group of people took over, they made me feel right at home!!! I moved from Texas and landed at this apartment complex and let me tell you, this was the best thing ever!!

Everyone is super amazing and they truly care for their residents as people- not just as someone that increases occupancy rates! Every time I’ve encountered an issue (not more than twice in the three years I’ve been here), they’ve fixed it within the SAME DAY I put the request in- never encountered this level of service before, ever!! Thank you guys for being so amazing!!

Now, the ladies at the front office- they are truly amazing!! I see them as family now- they are extremely supportive and have listened to my concerns (even if it has nothing to do with the apartment complex) every time I need to express myself with such a care and supportive mind; thank you all for always having your door open for me!!

Started off as a great place to live, residents are super friendly and some nice amenities when working. Lately this place has went from luxury to regular. Elevator hasn't worked in a month or more, so if you're handicap accessible needs to be met, look forward to that. Supposed to be a secured building but the doors don't work, and they can't get it fixed so people have to prop open doors to be able to get in and out. Place is constantly dirty, no towels in the gym, trash in the parking lot and green spaces next to them. Key fobs don't work sometimes and even the dog park has issues. Don't report these issues either because the front office staff will just have an attitude about you informing them of something. All in all, it looks nice, run poorly. Awful property manager - unprofessional, will just hang up on people if she doesn’t want to hear complaints. Also, ROACHES. In the walls, in drains, in the halls, in stairwells. If you’re lucky, they’ll have pest control come out after a few weeks, and they’ll put some stuff down. That’s not even safe for your dog, and it won’t solve the problem. They will come back over and over. Unless you enjoy leaving on your lights and covering drains when you go to bed or go on vacation, don’t do it. Also, they’ll be in your storage units if you go through them as well.
