While I've always appreciated Little Ceasar since I first started going there in the early 90s when I lived in Ann Arbor, MI, this particular visit at this location was great. I ordered online, and arrived a few minutes before, at about 8:10 this past Friday. Typically when I go there the Pizza Portal isn't either working or for whatever reason is not being used so I was expecting to talk to someone when I went in. As I walked in on a Friday night I discovered it was not very busy and the place was clean. I was impressed that everyone was smiling and that my order was in the Pizza Portal. As I scanned my QR code someone came out to make sure I was doing okay and to say Hi and say Thanks. Normally there are several people standing waiting on orders, but I felt this wasn't happening as the staff seemed on top of it. When I got home my two pizza were still hot, and both tasted great. Your own manager informed an entire store full of angry customers who had been waiting well over an hour on Mobil orders, that per your orders, they were to continue with the pretzel crust pizzas, knowing you didn’t have all the ingredients to make it. We drove over thirty minutes, and waited over an hour and a half for a pizza, that we were LATER informed that you didn’t have all the ingredients for, AFTER we paid. Even more so, the crust was extremely burnt. We did not receive a refund, but will be contacting corporate on Monday. This is beyond unacceptable.
You also had a young man at the front who was giving everyone who walked in the same estimated wait time of 20 minutes, with customers in the store who had been waiting well over an hour on their orders.
