My family and I stopped in for the first time and were immediately put off by the staff's demeanor. The first thing the staff member said to my wife was to leave her drink outside, without a greeting or courtesy. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

For being a small business owner you think you would treat people a bit different. And yes I hope this comment does tell people who they are dealing with. A simple "Sorry for the misunderstanding" goes a long way and could have solved all of this...

Great selection of toys and comics. Some video games too! Prices are way better than what you would find on ebay plus you don't have to pay shipping and hope that it arrives safely. The owner was very friendly too. For me there is nothing better than being able to walk into a store and actually pick up an item and see it in person. It's also great to deal with people who have knowledge and passion for what they sell. I also love to support a locally owned business. In a nutshell: great selection, great prices and a great staff. If you love vintage and retro toys you owe it to yourself to go pay a visit to StL Comics...

My favorite comic shop in the area. The inventory is always being refreshed and they give the majority of their books a new bag and board, which I really appreciate when flipping though dozens of long boxes. I've found issues I've needed to complete runs, and I've found large chunks of new runs I've been interested in reading.
