I have been working out at Dudas Fitness for over 1 year now. I started with my trainer Ben in 2013 and I was with him at 2 other gyms (both were Club Fitness locations) before finally finding a home here and boy am I glad we landed here. This is place truly feels like another home as all the trainers are very friendly and welcoming and going twice a week I see them more than some of my friends and family. For the company’s last anniversary celebration, the owners Nick and Nicole invited all Dudas Fitness clients for food, music, and fun at their home. They know you by name so you're not just another face like other gyms. If one trainer is out, others are willing to try and squeeze you into their busy schedule to keep you on track. I can only say good things about Dudas Fitness!
All the Pros: No intimidation just a passion to push you to believe in yourself and achieve your goals. Experienced and caring trainers that will craft programs suited to your goals and capabilities (whether your just starting out or a professional athlete). I love the variety of my workouts with Ben. I’ve never done the same workout twice in the 3 years I’ve had him. It’s always a new mix of workouts so it keeps me on my toes. Focused training sessions without being constantly interrupted by other gym members or trainers or waiting for machines to open up like in other gyms. You get the complete workout and attention you’re paying for. The trainers are listening so give them feedback and be honest about your workouts and what you’re eating. You only hurt yourself if you lie or hide the truth. Convenient location right off Highway 94 and flexible hours based on each trainer’s schedule. The gym is always clean from the bathrooms to the equipment to the mirrors and floors. There are 3 individual bathrooms you can change in, a shower, and lockers. Getting changed is always quick and easy. You can choose the level of training that works best for you: private/one-on-one, semi-private/small groups, or classes. Enormous variety of equipment to use: Cardio machines: treadmill, stationary bike, lateral elliptical and seated elliptical Wide range of free weights, kettle bells, slam balls, medicine balls, bands, ropes, sleds, TRX and other suspension trainers, bosu and fitness balls, and more. Leg press machine, bench press, squat racks, cable motion multi-use stations and an all new SYNRGY360 strength training system. They offer many different classes: yoga, boxing, boot camps, and more. Other services I haven’t used that others enjoy: massage therapy and posing/bodybuilding coaching.
Other considerations The trainers are all early birds, so don’t expect late evening sessions. They might be able to make an exception for you from time to time though. It’s worthwhile to be flexible and find a time earlier in the day. They only have a few cardio machines but they are almost always available. Cardio training using machines is really secondary to the strength and weight training options. Learn to love your strength!
Dudas Fitness is a wonderful place to help get you started, stay committed, and keep pushing. Go in for a visit and see what you’re missing out on!

Read moreWhere do I even begin with Dudas Fitness? I've been part of the Dudas since way back—2015 or 2016 (time flies when you're lifting dumbbells and crushing goals). For me, this place isn't just a gym. It's my sanctum. My Zen zone. My secret lair where stress goes to die and sweat becomes salvation. The second I walk in, my brain shuts off in the best way possible. No thinking. No overanalyzing. Just me, the workout, and the magic my coach Casey cooks up—whether it's a heart-pounding group class or an intense one-on-one session. By the time I leave, my muscles are tired, but my mind is refreshed. Like I just came back from a vacation where the only luggage was a kettlebell. Now let’s talk people—because the people make Dudas what it is. Casey, my coach, is simply the best. Period. But honestly? The whole squad deserves a standing ovation. Nick, Nicole, Sarah, Christy, Kody, Trevor, Adam, Matt, Chad—and even the few whose names I haven’t caught (yet)—you’re all phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready with the perfect mix of push and encouragement. If you’re reading this and sitting on the fence, here’s your sign: Just do it. Join. Dudas. Now. Whether you’re 18 or 81, a gym newbie or seasoned lifter, you’ll benefit from their personalized workouts, Kinstretch, yoga, Pilates, and energy-packed group classes. I’ve been here for over a decade—and I’m not going anywhere. To health, hustle, and the Dudas...
Read moreI first came to Dudas Fitness because, having worked with Nicole ten years ago, I knew she was one of the most effective trainers I’d worked with. What I didn’t know is that, in the ten years since I’d seen her, she and her husband had cultivated one of the most welcoming fitness communities I’ve ever experienced.
I showed up on my first day of small group training, feeling like a new kid at school, but with each new group or class I took, I was met with trainers who welcomed me, encouraged me, pushed me, and taught me a lot about fitness. In 6 short weeks, despite all of the December travel and holidays, I lost 11 lbs, 8% body fat, and a few inches here and there.
I gained a lot of muscle, more confidence in what my body can do, knowledge of how to take better care of myself, and a bunch of new friends - because not only does Dudas Fitness attract an outstanding group of trainers, it also attracts a solid bunch of clients.
I will continue to recommend Dudas Fitness to anyone looking for a challenging workout and results, and I cannot wait to see their...
