USA Resale St. Charles — Local services in Saint Peters

What a gem of a place to find in the area! I heard about this store from word of mouth and was pleasantly surprised I have never been here before. This place is organized, the items are well displayed and there is something new every time you come in. The items are clean and arranged so nicely, unlike a Goodwill store. The store does not smell stinky like some thrift stores. It smells clean and although they sell candles, I appreciate they don’t burn them. I don’t get a headache because of smells : ) Last and importantly, the employees were very friendly, excited about their job and what they do. I personally interacted with two ladies who smiled & talked with them. The employees were geared to display new items and put out a whole lot more of Christmas items to sell and other items. I was a first time customer and had some pre-approved items to drop off at the St Charles store. I walked through the front door where someone gave me instructions on how to get to the back door- all good no problem. I get to the back and sit there for a few minutes not knowing if it was normal for someone to come outside or not. On the door I noticed the employees do not unload so I walked through the back door. I was greeted by a woman at the back door who said we quit taking items at 2 and shut the door in my face and locked it before I could even get any words out. This has been a welcome addition to this area of St. Charles. This resale shop is very large. They lay out and decorate well. There are clearance areas & sales racks. They usually have whatever pending holiday as a focal point at the entry. It does not feel cluttered or disorganized. I have had great interactions with their staff. They do sell some new stock of candles, purses, hats and lotions. I have found some super items to refresh my home and closet! Their prices are very reasonable...
