Massive technical and customer service failure by Island Cinemas 7 - Georgia Theater Company on Sunday, May 24, 2015.

The audio center channel did not function for most of the 8:00 pm showing of Tomorrowland in theater 3 of Island Cinemas 7 in St. Simons Island, GA on Sunday, May 24, 2015.

Despite the staff being informed at least twice of the problem (by myself) and assurance the problem would be corrected, numerous customers were left wondering what the dialogue was between the cast of Tomorrowland for most of the movie.

Beyond the inability to correct the problem, staff did not offer any apologies (much less movie passes!) to numerous unhappy customers. As a matter of fact, no Island Cinema 7 staff was even visible to those leaving the theater.

If I could give a less than one star review, I would but unfortunately google just won’t let me. I went to see Deadpool 2, and couldn’t because I didn’t have my ID. This in its self is outrageous because I’m 21 years old and have literally never in my entire life been asked for my ID to see a rated R movie. I’ve been to this theatre and never been asked for ID for a rated R movie. She nastily told me that if you look under 30 they have to see your ID, I guess my boyfriend (who is the same age as me) looks 30. The whole thing doesn’t make sense to me. You only take rules seriously...

Horrific customer service. Staff is rude from concessions to management. The manager is so rude and barked at us when we asked her when the concessions would be up and running. She has no business being in charge of anything. The only reason this theatre stays in business is because it's the only one. Going to the movies should be fun...the staff and experience here always manages to be a bad experience! Corporate PLEASE do something about the staff at this...
