We went In this store just to pick up a few groceries, very very expensive, but we needed the items so we went ahead. We went through line but the buggy did not fit so we had to just push the items up the non working belt. We spent in excess of $200 or so, and the bag BOY literally packed half of our groceries into one bag (at least 25lbs+ in one thin bag) and was ripping on the side. This bag had 5 lb bag if rice, five lb of flour various packs if meats and bacon and many other items. I said please can we get another bag we have a long way to walk and this will definitely hold. He said no, very matter of factly, I said this won't even make it to the parking lot. He said No, I asked again, he said no. I asked for a manager, the lady at another counter yelled over said we can't do anything about it, that is our policy???? I am in amazement that this is even an issue over one little bag. Anyway we finally got our groceries outside and was in the rental, the same bag BOY came by our car with my whole family inside and flipped us the finger in the parking lot. I jumped out and went inside to report this rude behavior and the manager woman behind the counter said I looked at him when he passed my car. What the hell! Never seen a business accuse the patron!!
IMO, Do yourself a favor and go else where! Save yourself the aggravation. . Should have went to our regular Peublo or Moes that we have been to many times and had a good experience!
We are travelers that have done business up and down the carribbean and NEVER seen anything like this place. My only regret is that I just did not take my groceries back inside and just get a full refund!! Really a pathetic show of customer service and letting a punk* run your...
