THE STORY IS THAT HE ALLEDGEDLY STARTED IN THE KITCHEN OF ANOTHER RESTAURANT WHEN HE WAS QUITE YOUNG AND INCREASED THE RESTAURANT'S BUSINESS BY WORD OF MOUTH - THAT THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. THIS IS DECADES AGO. THE GUY IS STILL YOUNG AND COMES FROM A FAMILY OF ARTISTS AND THINKS OUT THE BOX.

Our taste buds were instantly in love, I felt like our taste buds were on crack we could not stop eating the food was so delicious. For starters we had their award winning wings, wow we loved them. Then had their dumplings. Again delish. If my husband could, he would drink the sauce with the dumplings because he loved it. For dinner. We ordered the volcano, fire snapper and firework. When we come back in the future, we will try their “Smooth, criminal” unfortunately, we just didn’t have enough room. Taj, their MasterChef infused the best flavors into everything we ate. He is so talented and everything was OUTSTANDING. We are sushi eaters at heart and this place blew our minds!!! When we go home we will remember this place as VI’s best of the best. The BEST dinner hands down. Another thing we had was their mussels the most mouthwatering mussels we’ve ever had we literally have never had anything like it. It was so delicious. Taj educated us on their sake they have premium top-of-the-line sake nothing we’ve ever had before, but we are definitely sold, and my husband can now get rid of his negative experience with sake. Our new favorite is plum sake a game changer. Check it out!! Lastly, for dessert we had their sorbet trio. We had watermelon, Tamarindo, and dragon fruit. It was perfect not too filling and every flavor was refreshing and fulfilling. Just an overall pleasant experience where we felt treated like royalty. We are ordinary people celebrating our honeymoon and this place treats everyone with the upmost respect. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to try them out. You will not be disappointed.
