CVS — Local services in Salem Township

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. They take ups packages and fight with me EVERY SINGLE TIME that they do not until I make them scan the box and suddenly it works. However this morning the management of this store thinks they can do whatever they want and before I could even said hello told me she will not take my package and had a nasty attitude. Refused multiple times to even scan the package after I explained this happens every time and yet after the package is scanned it works. This lady needs to be fired. Every other employee I’ve talked to there is wonderful and very helpful and is never rude and never treats customers the way this lady treated me. Looks like it’s time for a change of management in this place. No wonder they can’t get any help with her running this place. She is clearly toxic and I feel horrible for anyone who has ever worked with her. Such a horrible experience over a package is ridiculous. I absolutely hate this particular store. The 2 miserable shrews that work during the daytime are the absolute worst. They are SOOOOOO rude & miserable & often treat me and others like dirt. They often accuse me of "double dipping" on the extraBux-- especially for the free item coupons specifically when CVS brand paper towels are free. What these rude hags don't know is that I very often giveaway these papers to the local animal shelters in Pike county (humane society)... So please note the b!tches that work dayshift, including the manager, don't know anything, give me a hard time for NO REASON and apparently frown upon people doing charity work at a multi- BILLION dollar companies' expense.

I came in expecting a regular CVS experience, not much, just browsing around. When I came in the store I was shocked how clean and welcome I felt. This employee greeted me immediately and as I walked in the store I looked around and had to notice how stocked and organized the store is! Compared to other CVS pharmacies, this store was clean to the max! As I was going to check out my items, the same worker came and she scanned my items and oh how nice she was! She was so friendly I had to ask her name, it was Vallita! Huge shoutout to Vallita!!! She had the nicest customer service ever!!! I am very satisfied with this CVS....
