As someone who has been in Retail Management for over 20 years, I just HAD to write a review for this location after leaving there.
We've all been inside Dollar Tree, there's a lot of stuff and not only that but it's a high traffic chain on top of the constant change out of merchandise depending on which Holiday has passed, and which is approaching. Taking those into account it's no surprise that the stores are typically not the cleanliest, which is totally understandable.
However, I walked in the store this evening and from the time I stepped foot in there, I was blown away by the organization and overall cleanliness of the store. The items were in their correct location. The shelves were neat. The aisles were free from clutter. The associates were working. I had to seek out the manager to compliment him..    Read moreI was excited to see this new location open, since I usually go to the Danvers location. The sales person was very nice, except for her assumption I would be paying with EBT maybe due to some bias.
The manager seamed miserable and rude. She spoke to me & another customer with sarcasm & She took my cart away from me at check out without saying excuse me. I made a $100 purchase which I had to take several trips from my car to the cash wrap to get my bags. While it’s understandable that the carts are not to be taken outside, but it would have been very helpful to leave the cart by the door inside. Not have to leave my purchase at cash wrap with other customers being helped (potentially getting mixed up)
Train your management on customer service and overall manners. I’ll never step foot in this location again. Danvers is much...

Talk to her. Her name is Nancy. Good people. Any time I go in that store, she is always working. And the people who work there seem to actually like her. I know I do. And talk about efficient, even the racks with the reading glasses were in total order. I forget her name but the woman who arranges those racks is just a super person. The whole store. And I've been to Revere, Saugus, Lynn, the big one at the Mall ... Highland Ave. is by...
