Today I went with my son, I was very happy to buy his costume and my God, what horrible service from a brunette, I believe she was the manager, I gave a 100 dollar bill to the cashier, he gave it to her to find out if it was fake, until then ok, but she kept looking at me with an ironic look of contempt, as if I, a person who works to give the best for my son, was stealing from this store, I felt so bad that I wanted not to do it the purchase. Went to check out some kids costumes at this location at 2:45pm on 10/20, was told about the new salem mask mandate which was fine. There were several other families in the store without masks on. When I pointed this out, I was told "well they're not suppose to be" even though they were being provided services. The staff is clearly applying arbitrary rules on which types of families are being asked to comply with the city mandate.
