I would recommend it if you have a nice budget to work with. In my experience, once the lady realized that I didn't have a large budget to work with, and that I was going to be limited to items with the lowest cost, her entire attitude toward me changed. I did make a purchase that was going to require delivery, but after leaving and having a chance to think about it, I just didn't feel comfortable with the experience. I went back to the store and asked what the return policy was, and the lady threw her hands up and said (quite aggressively) "NO NO NO, YOU MADE THE PURCHASE, IT'S YOURS NOW!"... I stayed very calm, and opened my phone to ask about some legal requirements that I had read online regarding the type of products I had purchased. The lady laughed, but then immediately started acting nicer, and gave me a refund. I'm not sure if the change in behavior was because she remembered that other customers were in the store, or to just be done with me or what, but I was very thankful to have walked out with a refund. I do think that if you have a good amount of money to buy what you want, you will be treated well and be satisfied...

My wife and I went in to look at a new mattress Saturday 2 weeks ago and was greeted right away and the girl was very good and knew a lot about the different mattress's. She answered all our questions and we were in and out in less than a 1/2 hour. The mattress we bought came less than two weeks later and the will remove our old one for free! I read the long bashing of them on one of the other reviews and it made me want to go there because that review was so absurd wanting ball park numbers and wanting to buy carpet some where else and have them install it . That review would just make someone want to go there to make up for the whining never happy won't hold you to the ball park figure (but absolutely does) nightmare of a customer! Rollinsons were great to me and evryone I talk to says...

Great people to purchase items from. I recently just become aware of this store only as it's going out of business sale is wrapping up. I purchased a very nice desk from then as well as a few other things at a discounted rate. Staff very welcoming and pleasant to speak with and be doing business with even if it's very little. It's every encounter with every customer that makes a difference between great customer service and pleasant experience and bad customer experience.....
