Safeway Pharmacy — Local services in Salem

Trying to get antibiotic eye medication that is out of stock everywhere. Called yesterday and was told it would be ordered in and it would be ready today. When their supplier didn't deliver I wasn't told, and had to call to find out that they would be trying again for tomorrow. I waited until 5pm thinking they must be busy. Come to find out it was never delivered. I asked that someone call me if it doesn't show up tomorrow (instead of waiting all day ignorantly thinking it would be there) and was given the run around. Asked to leave my information for the manager to call me and was told it would be better for me to call back tomorrow. Not asking for a miracle, just a call when something that I was told would happen doesn't. Staff treated me like I was stupid over the phone, explaining to me that they can't do anything about their supplier not delivering. The pharmacist named Sheryl breached all of my personal information to my boyfriend’s ex wife through a text message and phone call. A full list of 5 very personal medications. Which in turn has also caused complications for my boyfriend and his daughter with his ex wife.

The same pharmacist then refused to fill my prescription for my severely injured foot. My boyfriend who is from Egypt went to fill it for me, we think this lady is racist. She’s also trying to get revenge and give us a hard time because we turned her in for violating the hippa act.

We spoke to the store director who told us that this pharmacist now refuses to see or service either of us again. This is clearly because she’s angry that she got turned in for messing up twice. The store/ company should be making it up to us and giving her a disciplinary action, instead we are being refused service when we did no wrong.

ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS! ZERO!!!!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars on Safeway pharmacy. I have had nothing but problems with them since my back went out with 3 bulging discs and my sciatic nerve pinched in 2 places 1 1/2 years ago. Every time I drop off a prescription they tell me a 20 min wait. Then after almost an hour they tell me they can't refill a prescription because its too early. I have refilled this prescription every 30 days for 1 1/2 years at the same freaking pharmacy!!! This is just one time of trying to refill this prescription.
