It's a nice scene. Many food trucks and cool people. There is a drum circle thing which as you know can lead to a hippy infestation. Hacky sacks, dead stickers, tye dyes. They have it contained under a tent so it can't be seen from space. Probably prevents drone strikes. The food is varied and there are nice places to sit and chill. There is a beer truck to go with the taco truck if you swing that way. The Philly cheese steak truck was closed so I was hurt and angry about that but through time and therapy I will heal. The truck next door looked good too but that guy just got a huge grub hub order and also refused to sell me food. I was thinking that a drone strike might be in order or close artillery but then I discovered a burger truck thing and ate that. The burger was really good and I should have ordered the big one but I didn't. Oddly there was a 1.50 upcharge for lettuce and tomatoes which I found puzzling. Of course I'm at the age where most things I find puzzling, like Boba. What is that anyway? Speaking of Boba I decided to polish off my dinner with a hot dog from the boba truck. That was very good and property burnt and crispy. I was sad to learn Boba is just round chunks of who knows what floating in tea or coffee....
Read moreThe place itself is nice and a good idea but I think whoever is the organizer of it should more closely monitor the quality of the food at the trucks the super teriyaki bowl place is sub par at best I got a teriyaki bowl a side of gyoza and a bottle of coke. Their cooler isnât on so I wasnât even able to enjoy a cold soda. The teriyaki sauce was tasteless and just overall the bowl was not good the best part was the rice. People are nice food is not good. I cannot speak for the other vendors. I was upset at noon I only had 4 actual food options within 30 min of me ordering almost all of the other places were open so I feel I got very bad deal for $15 for one person. I hope whoever is in charge reads this and takes it seriously I feel like I got robbed of $15. Some of the other places smelled very good but were not open at noon which is a little ridicules.
Edit: 12:46pm 7/22/18 a lady next to me said the carne asada fries were very good. The people looked to be of Spanish/Mexican decent so maybe they should stick to making good Mexican food rather...
Read moreLet me try 2 explain this place. Beehive Station, there are Various food carts, about 7 of them? The ones we've tried. Three of them. Highly Recommend Dalias Takeria, it's Our BIG time favorite! Great food! You get your moneys worth big time. đŽ & Nachos, Rice & Beans are superb. A step down is the Fish & Chips place. They use Cod? Big pieces. You get a lot of đ. Bring your own Tarter Sauce though. The third is the Hamburger place. We tried it once. We'll never do that again. I don't like talking bad about a place that's trying to make a living but this place, in my opinion won't B there long. Halfway through our meal it went into the garbage can. Our stomachs felt it 4 da rest of the day. I should've stopped after the 1st bite. FYI, in da middle of these food carts is a huge inclosed canopy tent? With picnic tables and two big 7 foot? Tall propane heaters. Cold, Rain or đ, U 1/2 a nice clean covered place to wait until your number or...
