I would not recommend burns to anyone! This company has gone down hill and fast! Even the reps are catching on. Over the years we have bought multiple saddles and the very last one we bought was a huge disappointment! There's tooling that burns decided to add on that we didn't order and the skirt immediately started to curl. Called multiple times as well as messaged and was told there's nothing they are going to do so that's the last time I spend $4400 on a sadle from burns! Not only am I upset about this occurrence but a few years back we bought a saddle and were told oh burns is for life - haha joke! We will always take them back and do trade instead or help sell well here we are years later and still holding a saddle that doesn't fit any of out horses. BTW that was $3700 theres so much more to the store but I believe burns has begun to focus on quantity over quality, the money got to their head. They forgotten what made them all their money and rep in the first place! As a business owner myself I understand the importance of quality products and service and I'm sad to say that this company no longer offers either! Do not buy!!

I bought a custom saddle after a saddle fitting clinic with Wendy, in August 2024. She thought the saddle would be ready by November or December. I wanted an update to confirm there was a saddle being made since the saddle was fully paid for. After multiple attempts I got a text from Abby, stating she was sorry the saddle was promised for that time frame, it would not be ready until at least February. She offered to loan me a burns saddle until my new one was delivered. I said yes, that would be great, but no saddle ever arrived. When my new saddle was ready to be shipped, Abby asked for the other saddle back. I informed her it never arrived. When my new beautiful saddle finally arrived at my house in February, it did NOT have stirrups. I let Abby and Wendy know that the saddle arrived without stirrups. Abby has told me 3 times the stirrups would be shipped. At the time of this review (April 22nd) they still have not been sent. I have saved all the communication...

Introduced to Burns and recommended for their "expertise" in saddle fitting. Purchased a 40 MD saddle recommended after the "virtual fitting" along with the recommended saddle pad. It was apparent the saddle did not sit well on the mares shoulders, but I was told to put 60 rides on the saddle, apparently this means 60 hours - not hard to do. Rubbed holes on this mares shoulders, told to try this pad or that pad, still no fit..... at this point all service evaporated, and the virtual fit was not a success. BE aware - the virtual fit is not for all horses - the dealers make their commission and don't care, no follow up and no solutions. Thankfully I was offered a refund because 6 months of working with 4 to 5 employees with NO results or advice was...
