Bright lights whent dead whent to Napa to get the parts or see if they could diagnose the problem. The cashier sold me a relay which I tested and it didn’t work. I took the part back in for refund and was denied my refund the guy said they do no refunds although it clearly states on the receipt that the receipt is required for refunds I have the receipt but was denied the refund! Anyway cashier got an attitude with me rather than trying to resolve the issue! I was in a bind and these guys really helped me out. The alternator on my truck seized while we made a pit stop at Loves (en route from CA to CO). It was about 10 minutes before Napa closed on Saturday. I called and verified they had it in stock, explained my situation and then asked if they could deliver the alternator to me. They arrived with the part about 5 minutes after we hung up on the phone. Then they stayed open about 30 minutes late so I could get a replacent belt.
