ZERO STARS Very unprofessional, we placed an order for a dress for a xv it was not done on time. Dress looked nothing to how it was supposed to. Owner of the store was very unprofessional never contacted us about this. She had her worker do all the talking when we asked for the deposit back. Reason we asked for deposit back was because we were very unsatisfied, dress was very cheap and not done correctly and as I mentioned not even ready on time. I do NOT recommend this place. The place is tiny, but their alterations and the women who work there are talented and know their stuff. We've rented several tuxes and my niece has purchased and altered a dress from there for prom. Anything that comes up or is amiss, gets resolved no matter what, and I appreciate that so much- someone who takes accountability and does their best to make it right, I appreciate!
