Don Roberto Jewelers — Local services in Salinas

Several weeks ago we were in the Northridge Mall. I had bought a watch on a cruise ship and was looking for a jeweler who could resize the watch band.

Both Macy's and Penney's told me they couldn't help me because the watch hadn't been purchased there.

As a last resort, we went into Don Roberto and asked if they could resize the watch band. The clerk wasn't sure whether they could adjust this particular kind of band. While we were talking, the District Manager, Rosio Sanchez, came over.

She worked on the band for quite some time, and was finally able to get it to fit my wrist. When I asked how much we owed, she said, "Oh, no charge, just say nice things about us."

Awesome service. I am not from Salinas and have recently been looking for an engagement ring. I have stopped by several jewelers to do some comparing(nothing wrong with that) anyways I was impressed with the service of a young woman her name was Stephanie. With no pressure towards the client but yet willing to help in anything possible she was able to help me make some great choices.
