When I entered the Mattress Firm store on Main Street in Salinas, I was immediately greeted by Steven. He was in the process of assisting another customer. However, he was able to accommodate both of us simultaneously. Once the other customer departed, I had Steven’s undivided attention. I explain to him exactly what I was looking for. He showed me around the store and had me try different comfort levels. He explained the way that different mattresses, offered different types of support. He also explained how they were structurally designed. I was quite impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. The sales experience was absolutely painless, I did not feel pressured, I felt informed and confident that I was led in the right direction. After much time and deliberation, I Purchased a mattress and adjustable foundation. Today, June 1 our new bed arrived. 5 Star Experience Initially I stopped by unexpectedly since I was in the area to pick up food. I talked with Isaul about plans to purchase a new mattress during Black Friday. He showed me multiple beds and gave me a demo on their adjustable bases. I informed him I would be back to purchase one.

During Black Friday week I stopped by once again, and again Isaul showed me around with my wife and gave us both demos on different beds and adjustable bases.

We ended up purchasing a Tempur-Luxe Adapt 13” Medium Hybrid Mattress with a Tempur-Ergo 3.0 Adjustable Base. We received our bed yesterday and my wife laid down to test it at noon, she did not wake up until 4pm since, only because I woke her up lol.

I just want to say thank you, thank you thank you! Our experience at Mattress Firm would not have been as amazing without Marina. She was so good with her explanations and her presentations about the mattresses. She answered all of our questions in detail and we left SUPER HAPPY with the mattress she helped us choose according to OUR needs. I felt super bad because we were those clients who walked in last minute “just to look” and she stayed with us until the very end and was never urged to rush us out of there. She took her time and was very attentive the entire time.
