KFC — Restaurant in Salinas

Walked in and left unattended for several minutes until called for help multiple times. Then was refused service because they "can't take orders inside" when the machine is clearly working. The door was open and no signs were up about indoor orders suspension. Spoke with Andrew. No apologies. Blamed me for walking into the (open) store and jumping the line to order (no one was waiting to order, there were several customers waiting to pick up). We had several back and forth but suddenly left me and ignored my calls for help. When asked for his full name, he refused to give his last name. I would've understood if they had locked the door and/or had a clear sign up indicating they don't offer in-store services. However, they were clearly serving other customers inside and not only failed to indicate they don't offer inside services but also ignored the customer on multiple occasions. They may have decided to treat me differently because I am Asian in heavily Latino community or for other reasons but it was a very disappointing...

Staffed by burnouts.

We were the only car in the drive thru. Placed the order and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes to make the wedges.

Ended up waiting a half hour, as when we finally got sick of waiting and asked what was taking so long, the stoner at the register said he forgot to place it.

While all of this was going on, only other person working was on her phone and eating at the register. The guy who "helped" me, was dicking around with his friends at a table.

Finally got the food and it was cold and missing items.

Screw...

We went Thur drive Thur about 45mins before closing , We Order the New $20 Meal the food was hot and tasted just like we liked. The cashier 13was helpful and polite and got our meal out to us 3fast, and didn't mind that I asked for like 2 all every sauce they had. Only gave food 4 stars because because they only give us one biscuit when we're supposed to get for and we ordered two more so that would be 6:00 but it was close to closing so I understand they probably were tired and it slipped her mind no biggie.
