✨ I went in today to get my ears pierced—my first time in many years—and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Edimar greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. She helped me choose the perfect earrings and made me feel completely at ease, even though I was feeling a little nervous and awkward at first.

Then Janet joined in to assist with the piercing, and together they made the whole process quick, smooth, and totally professional. Both sides came out perfectly even! I really appreciated how kind and reassuring they were throughout. The vibe in the shop was so positive and welcoming—I left feeling happy and confident.
