This was a huge let down. We drove over an hour to come here because we thought they closed all of the radio shacks. So I surprised my husband because I found this one by accident. As we walk in we weren't greeted by a hello. The associate was on her phone. My 6 year old had to use the potty after driving the hour. We noticed the back door was completely wide open and the one behind it said restrooms so we went in. After that it was all downhill. The associate was rude, crude, and vile. Watching our every move. When my husband had a question about a product she answered with oh I don't know I'm just an employee let me call my boss. Why have someone if they know absolutely nothing about the product. We found a solar powered car build kit and was looking to see if it had tires. She then rudely said my boss wouldn't want you opening that. We then answered absolutely not we were just trying to look through the wood pieces. When I say every step was watched I mean it. Terrible...
Read moreI’m gonna give this four stars because the guy behind the desk was overly helpful even when it became a parent that they just didn’t have what I needed. It’s a smaller store, and it was one of the last new franchises to open before RadioShack’s death spiral bankruptcy in 2015. They have a lot of good electronics, but most of it is focused on home entertainment. If you have actual radio equipment or, as in my case, a scanner, and you’re looking for stuff pertaining to those things, you’re going to be out of luck.
