Update: 5 stars from 4 stars. The manager reached out to me regarding my experience and pleasantly offered for me to come back for another massage. Janette, the manager who was also at the front desk to greet me was very warm and welcoming from the second I stepped in as well as checking on me to make sure I didn’t need anything else.

Dee, my therapist was incredible. I went from limping to be able to walk normal again. Not only were her techniques incredible but she went out of her way to ask management to upgrade my session to a therapeutic massage where she could really focus on my concerns. She also was kind enough to make yoga ball recommendations for me to use at home and wrote them down for me. I cannot thank the staff enough! I will definitely be back! It’s such a wonderful space with even more wonderful people. Thank you again!!

What a wonderful oasis in the city! My husband surprised me with a massage and Margie was great. I loved her techniques. My only disappointment comes from being able to hear customers talking while getting a mani/pedi. As far as the massage itself, while really good I had asked my back and lower body to be the focus. At the end of the massage, I was disappointed to find out there was no time left for my legs as she spent the majority of the time stretching my hips. While appreciated, we did pay for a massage and I would’ve preferred a massage over stretching. Due to my hip dysplasia, I had a lot of pain in left leg which I had mentioned to the point I was limping. You can imagine my dissatisfaction when I left limping. My experience at Coco was truly divine! As I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful host (Colleen) with a warm towel and given house shoes to change into. Then, led to the powder room where I changed into the COZIEST robe and wait in the most beautiful & calm waiting area with a beverage of my choice (I chose the lavender tea, 10/10). Once I was taken to my spa chair for my pedicure, the water was made to my preferred temperature and Keara began to work on me as I reclined in a big luxurious chair in my own little “oasis”. During my experience I almost forget I’m right in the heart of central Salt Lake as the calming music plays, the aroma from my eucalyptus hot neck wrap helps me to ease my posture, and I sit back and relax, fully unplugged for an hour of true relaxation and pampering. I loved the pink color I chose out. I didn’t have time today, but I wish I had taken advantage of the steam room which I learned you can add to any service! Once I retrieved my belongings and was ready to leave I was given a heavenly piece of chocolate by the host and browsed through the merchandise available for purchase, I was happy to see they sell their fabulous robes and I will definitely be purchasing one at my next visit! I’m a huge fan of day spas, massages, and all things self-care—and my boyfriend is too! We’ve lived in different places across the country and visited quite a few spas, but this one is by far one of our favorites in the SLC area. It’s smaller, the staff are incredibly kind, and the massages are absolutely amazing for the price! My boyfriend is a huge fan of Annalise (hope I spelled that right!) and her ability to help with his chronic pain from an old injury. As for me, I love rotating between the different therapists, and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. Every massage has been tailored to my needs, but consistently fantastic.

You’re always treated to plenty of water, a comfy robe, and slippers, which adds a nice touch of relaxation. We’ve done a couple’s massage a few times and even tried the infrared sauna, which was a whole new level of relaxation. We loved it so much that we bought each other gift cards and plan to return every few months when our budget allows—honestly, it feels like a steal for the magical hands and overall experience.
