I took my daughter there yesterday (November7th) around 3:30pm to do her nails for her birthday. she is just a toddler but loves her nails painted so i wanted to give her a salon experience for her BIRTHDAY. i do not recall her name but there was a female & male working that day. the female worked on my daughters hands. my daughter sat still the entire time. it hasnt been a full 24hrs since she got her nails painted and yet 4 nails no longer have polish on them. it completely came off. it isnt the first time my daughter had painted her nails & they always lasted at least 3 days before peeling. the nail tech did not use the UV lamp in between or the small handheld fans to dry her hand in between coats. nor did she wait in between coats for them to air dry. i called today & spoke to the male that was their yesterday & told them the situation & he proceeds to say “you did not have a problem with it yesterday..we charge for time” mind you they charged $40 & it took 30 MINUTES to paint her TINY NAILS..FORTY DOLLARS for toddler nails to be painted. & it was REGULAR PAINT! i wasnt expecting a refund but an apology wouldve done better than giving ATTITUDE when they messed up THEIR SERVICE !! DO BETTER PLEASE!! if u cant paint a toddler nails correctly i cant imagine doing ADULT NAILS. ***FIRST FOUR PHOTOS WERE FROM WHEN SHE WAS GETTING HER NAILS PAINTED & RIGHT AFTER WHEN SHE FINISHED, LAST TWO ARE THE NEXT DAY!! ****

I was having lunch with friends nearby, so thought I would give Pink Bubble a try for a gel manicure. The place is very clean and comfortable, and staff were great. Unfortunately, my manicure started flaking off two days later, and by day six it was totally destroyed, as you can see in the pictures. This wasn’t from me picking at it at all- big chunks of polish would just fall off while I was typing on the computer or washing my hair. The reason I get gel manicures is that I can usually rely on them looking good for a full two weeks, and it’s nice to not worry about how my nails look while I’m traveling for work. Pink Bubble says on their website that they offer a seven day guarantee on gel services, so I emailed them the pictures and asked for a partial refund, but they never bothered to respond. I guess on the bright side I don’t have to deal with getting the polish removed, because by two weeks there wasn’t a speck left on my nails, but $60 plus tip is too much money for something that only looked good for two days, and the total lack of response from the salon means that my first visit to Pink Bubble will also be my last. Edited to add that after I posted this review, the salon did contact me to offer a partial refund (over a week after I originally emailed them).

The owner is rude. Nail tech said she could do the "glass nail" look and royally messed up. Instead of doing anything to help me feel better, it was a "live and learn". Of course, a nail popped off a few days later. It was issue after issue with this place and when I asked how they'd make it up to me they said, "we should've charged you more". I hated the color, and that's what they told me. Gee. Thanks? After that, I had to come in three times for nail repair. Third time they simply replaced the set. Did they offer a discount? Nope. Not my time not my problem, I guess. After replacing the set, nails still popped off. It popped off 1 week and 3 days and their response was, "it's past your one week warranty so you need to get a new set". The amount of money and time I've wasted here is ridiculous. On top of that, the store owner Hunter is just so rude. I asked them why Gel-X was breaking, and they suggested I switch to acrylic. Um, why am I the issue Hunter??? The audacity!! Never coming back here again! I've never felt so disrespected.
