Prepare for a long review. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I cannot recommend them enough. I came in with a new prescription at the end of February, I felt bad that I walked in so close to close but I really wanted to get some frames ordered because my current glasses at the time were about to break off of my face. Even though it was probably 15 min before close I was greeted with open arms figuratively by the staff. They were so helpful. I came in with my now 19 month old son and he was super tired and really rowdy. They told me that they would help watch my son while I tried on some frames. I don't know if any of you have tried doing any sort of shopping with a one year old without. a stroller but its next to impossible and I wouldn't even have come in without help from my husband if I wasn't in the area on my way home. I was super impressed with their covid measures as well as amazing customer service. I wish I remembered everyones name because I could give each individual person a shout out. They helped me narrow it down to just a few frames and sent me in an email the ones that I liked so I could go home and show my husband to help me pick some out. I ended up coming in the next day and narrowing my search down even more to two eyeglasses and one pair of sunglasses. They helped me place an order and were very transparent on the fact that they only have an estimated time and shipping time varies due to covid, which I feel was very helpful considering you get that estimated time with the tracking number which isn't always correct. But then I was worried after looking at the order that may have ordered the wrong width of frame so I went in the next day after that to make sure it was correct and I felt so bad because I had been in the two days before but they were just as nice and let me try the frames on again and let me know the honest opinions about which frames worked better and I had actually ordered the correct width. Then upon arrival I took the glasses in and had them fitted but I was worried about my prescription being wrong, so I ended up giving It about a week and went to the eye doc to get a recheck and they have been so helpful in helping me take the proper steps in getting the right prescription. If I were them I would be annoyed at the amounts of times I have come into the store and asked them questions upon questions and my anxious self has a ton of them. And they told me about the amazing scratch warranty they have upon other things. Event the people on the customer service line when calling Warby Parker are amazing. All in all, I just think they are amazing and every time I have come in they have been so welcoming to me, my husband and my son and are just very awesome people to deal with when getting new frames. I am very happy with my frames and the experience all together. I am still trying to work out some kinks with my prescription but that's on me and they have been beyond helpful in trying to help me figure everything out. 100/10 recommend. Read moreUnlike some reviews, my wife and I had a great experience visiting the SLC location. Brett was fantastic! When we first walked in, no one greeted or spoke to us until I walked over and asked for assistance. Not ideal, especially since not everyone was busy. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though, maybe they genuinely didn’t notice my wife and I? I’m a long time Warby Parker customer and I was excited to finally go to a store in my city. Brett did me the favor of adjusting my frames and even explained some of the steps he was doing. My wife also wanted some prescription sunglasses and Brett’s advice was extremely helpful and informative. We figured out she had a low bridge and Brett gave us some recommendations, even though there were few low-fitting specific frames. In the end, my wife found one that she really liked. We haven’t received the frames yet but I’ll update this review if there’s any problems. Honestly one of the best store experiences I’ve had. Thanks to Brett, we’re confident in our purchase. It was refreshing to talk to someone who actually knew their stuff. There’s just so many pros to Warby Parker that I don’t get why anyone would get their glasses...
Read moreThese guys are having major issues getting orders out. I ordered my glasses in store well over a month ago and I still have not received them. I was guaranteed to receive them in 7-10 days when I ordered them. I have emailed them numerous times and all they say is they’re having manufacturing issues. I still have yet to have an eta on shipping. They have the best selection I know of, but it doesn’t do any good when you can’t get them.
Update: I did finally receive my new glasses. However the prescription was wrong. I called in to customer service to see what prescription they had on file. They had 1 out of the 6 numbers correct.
They were, however, very nice and gave me a good discount for all the trouble. Additionally, they put my new frames on order for next day air. My new pair showed up in a week or so. Although I was not happy, the overall customer service ended being ok and they stood behind their mistake and got things squared away. That’s worth changing from a 1 start to a 3...
