I took my watch here to get the battery replaced. They told me it would take a week to accomplish which surprised me, but I know I’m not the only customer they’re serving. The woman that greeted me seemed very confused during the entire process. She made several mistakes on the hand receipt and rather than asking how much the watch was worth (to complete the form), she suggested “this is worth like $200, right?”. The watch is a $1000 hand crafted watch— but that’s besides the point. If you work at a jewelry store, you think you’d know the difference between a $200 piece and a $1000 piece. I reluctantly left my watch and waited the week she said it would take. Mid-day on day 7 I called the store and asked if it was done. The woman working checked and said it was “they just forgot to call”. I went the next day, and the woman could not locate my watch. She said she didn’t see it in their “done” drawer and insinuated I came before I was supposed to. She finally found it and I was glad to finally take it back.
