The best experience I have ever had with the best people I have ever done business with. Went to this location to shop for a my first Rolex time piece and after one step into the door was greeted by a sales associate Robert who went above and beyond to give me an experience that I would never forget, he asked me what I was interested in and right away began showing me multiple timepieces that fit my criteria and shared so much valuable and very interesting information about not only the watch that I had interest in but the history and craftsmanship that the Rolex watch brand had and all of the different options and materials and styles that they had to offer. After trying on the watch I had originally gone in to see in person he suggested a different style variation and brought me what he thought would suit me better and I was extremely happy with it. I now not only have an amazing and stunning timepiece that will last me a lifetime and will be handed down for generations to come I also have a broad range of new knowledge about my favorite watch maker of all time thanks to Robert. Every watch I buy from this day forward will be from this location solely due to Robert and the wonderful team of Lee Michaels for making a childhood dream of mine become a reality and for giving me an absolutely amazing experience that I will talk about for the rest of my life. Robert made the experience so fun and enjoyable and I can’t thank him enough. I look forward to buying my next timepiece to add to my growing collection and for my next experience with him and the Lee Michaels team. I can not recommend...
Read moreCame in to look at some Tudors, Walked out blown away by the OUTSTANDING customer service. If you are looking to purchase anything from the store, please ask for PATRICK CHENEY! Patrick is one of the greatest sales reps I have encountered in a long long time. He will not pressure you he will go above and beyond, even if you are not immediately ready to purchase just to make sure you are happy and taking care of. Me and my wife did not have the opportunity to speak with any other sales reps but I’m sure the whole store is just as pleasant. Even if you were not ready to purchase that new watch or piece of jewelry stop in an ask for Patrick… and no this review is not coming from one of Patrick’s closest childhood friends… we literally just met the guy but already we want to go have a couple of beers with him. Super excited to start our relationship with Lee Michaels and their incredible sales rep. Whoever hired Patrick Cheney needs a raise and a promotion.
Also, I must say the store is pristine and very clean. All of the representatives are super accommodating and are constantly asking if you need anything to drink or if there’s anything they can get you…. It was just such a lovely experience going to Lee Michaels. Me and my wife have never been inside of a Lee Michaels before, and it will not be the last. We already decided we are moving all of our jewelry business over to the store. Exceptional experience. Exceptional customer service.
You will be treated like royalty when you walk...
Read morePrejudice. PLEASE READ TO AVOID FEELING THE WAY I DID. Never in my life have I felt the way Sara, the assistant manager, made me feel yesterday. My husband bought my mother-in-law two beautiful David Yurman pieces and she decided she only wanted to keep one so I went in the make the return, he kept telling me I had to go in because the store was so beautiful, but a beautiful store with ugly people isn’t beautiful. It’s sad.
I kindly asked to use the bathroom quickly during the return process, Sara the assistant manager, who wasn’t assisting me, was QUICK to chime in and tell me I would have to leave to another store to do so, without giving me any context of “the elevator not having been installed to take me to the bathroom” Sara, a Hispanic, looked at me, another Hispanic with disgust and annoyance. I know for a fact if I was a white lady making a purchase instead of returning she would have kindly walked me upstairs THE WAY THE OTHER EMPOYLEES DID, AFTER I called her out on being prejudice and expressed the way I was being treated in the store, It wasn’t about the bathrooms not being in use, or they wouldn’t have offered to take me after the fact, it was who was asking to use it. Sara, you are what’s wrong with the world and this store location for not stepping in. Remember, we, Hispanics and people of all races walk in to purchase thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, you’re just a seller, an employee. How dare you treat others better than some.
La Cantera will keep my...
