Due to a family emergency I had been looking for storage units big enough for what I have to put in storage. Nothing was available. I woke up Monday morning the 30th of Aug and went online and Extra Space Storage was the first one that popped up. They only had small units available online. I said the heck with it.. its close.. let me go see. I got there and Ms. Rachel was MORE than helpful. The timing was perfect! A 10x15 unit had just become available that morning.!! Ms. Rachel allowed me to go have a look to make sure it was big enough. It was! She helped me with paperwork and the lease and getting the payment done while I was there. I'm kinda wondering if the boss knows how valuable Ms. Rachel is. The store was probably the cleanest storage place I had been to. EVERYTHING was clean and shiny.. no joke!! IF you need a place to put your stuff, stop what you're doing and go see Ms. Rachel, or give her a call!! You'll be doing yourself a favor.! THANK YOU...

I had a unit here for about 10 months. It’s mostly always empty every time I go, which I like because you don’t have to make your way around other people in the halls. It’s very clean too. No trash on the ground, no dust anywhere, restrooms are always clean, and I’ll see a worker sweeping often. The front office is helpful and friendly. The only downside would be the elevator. It’s easy to use once you figure out the double doors, but if someone else on the second floor goes down before you and the doors aren’t shut down stairs, you have to walk back down stairs and shut the double doors to get the elevator back up to you. It’s a hassle if you go alone, but nothing I’d give a bad review over. It’s an older building, but they keep it clean and safe and that’s all that really matters to me.
