I recently visited your establishment and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several concerning issues that I feel compelled to address. Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service provided by your manager. Their demeanor was consistently rude and dismissive, which greatly detracted from the overall experience. Specific instances include rude tone , not addressing concernās professionally, and blaming me for their mistake. The lady who took my order forgot to add a mangonada after I asked her for two. They charged me twice on my card so I had to request a refund on one order due to their mistake. Again, manager had a very entitled , condescending demeanor.
In addition to the poor interaction with the manager, I also encountered significant delays in service. Despite the establishment not being particularly busy, it seemed that our orders were forgotten or overlooked, resulting in prolonged wait time.
Furthermore, it was evident that there are inefficiencies in the restaurant's systems that need to be addressed. A young female employee ( the one hard of English) handled my order independently, without support from other employees, leading to delay in food preparation. While there were other staff members present, who couldāve potentially assisted and expediting the process it appeared that this was not aligned with established operational protocol of establishment. The ordering process appeared disorganized, leading to confusion and delays in receiving our food. Additionally, the layout or workflow of the restaurant may benefit from reevaluation to improve the overall efficiency of service.
While I understand that every establishment may encounter challenges from time to time, it is essential for the management to address these issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience for all customers . The older lady in glasses with red hair continuously interrupted my boyfriend and I while we were trying to place our order and kept raising her voice for no reason. We had to explain our order 5 times for her to understand what we wanted because she kept interrupting us.
When we finally received our order (2 shakes) both had pieces of plastic in them, so we let the employees know. The employees tried to convince us that the plastic was pieces of coconut even though it clearly was not. It was very clear that it was plastic. The employee then took the pieces of plastic and said that she could remake the shakes, but could not refund us even if we returned them. This made no sense to me because at any business, if you return something, you get a refund. I then asked if there was a manager I could speak to and it was only then that she accepted I could get a refund for the shake I returned.
The employee remade my boyfriends shake and when she handed it to him, she made a rude face and my boyfriend said āthank you very muchā and her only response was another rude face even after all the bad customer service we had already received.
After our visit, we called the owner and she was very apologetic and polite, which I appreciate.
It is unfortunate that nothing has been done about the behavior of the employees towards the customers even though there are multiple bad reviews about the employees being disrespectful and even rolling their eyes...

I told the girl that was taking my order not to put too much Valentina and crema and she said that the elote chorreado didnāt come with Valentina, weird? but that she was gonna put some and gave me an attitude( like she was doing me a favor) I didnāt care about it, and I continue ordering. I even left a tip! The problem started whenever I got my order it had a lot of Valentina and too much nacho queso the whole plate had tons of queso and she didnāt put the white queso that was supposed to be on top and it had a lot of crema! She made it look like it was my fault saying that I didnāt told her, which I clearly did!! She also told me that the manager wasnāt there and she couldnāt do anything about it. And that I had to wait till 11 to speak with the manager to get a refund it which I basically had to wait 3 hours to get a refund .
