This place is fantastic! The food is plentiful and cheap for the price, plus it's delicious. I'll give you an example, my wife, my two kids, and I purchased two entrees for about 16 dollars, including drinks my tab came out to $23. I'll give a breakdown of my experience regarding my time inside the restaurant.
Environment:
The atmosphere is average, nothing out of the ordinary, and it was clean. The employee at front greeted my family right away and thanked us for coming in. He sat us right away and informed the waitress of our arrival.
Customer Service:
Fantastic! The waitress was so kind and warm. She offered recommendations to us because we weren't familiar with the menu. She offered tips and advice as to what our kids may like, as well as to my wife and I. Through out the whole dining experience she brought us refills, she interacted with my children, and at the end asked us if it was okay that she can give my children two free lollipops after the dinner was over. She cleared the table for us when she noticed that the plates were just sitting there and she moved things around for us so we can have more room to eat. A major plus, when she brought the plates to our table she kept the hot plates away from my daughter as a precaution because she didn't want my youngest to touch them and hurt herself.
Food:
The food is delicious. I can't describe the words as to how much food they give you. We had enough for us four there at the restaurant and we took the rest home to eat for tonight. Essentially, it's like we paid about 12 dollars for one night and 12 dollars for the next night, since our tab came out to close to 24 dollars.
The appetizer comes with a soup, ran goons, chip like food to put into your soup, and finally the main dishes (Two Entrees). One Entree alone could feed my wife and I, so you can imagine having another entree plus the appetizers. Overall, I'm pleased and my wife was very satisfied as well. Please go and you won't be...
Read moreBeen wanting to go here for years, not knowing that the parking would be bad and the service would be bad; the only thing good was the food. I read most of the reviews and they all are four and five stars, this could be because of the food not the service. The service so bad that you had to be quick to order and wanting to get a refill; try and make noise to get their attention, but it will not work. My wife asked nicely for some service we never got it until it was too late. If you do not want to be rushed, do not get there by 8:30, because they close at 9:30pm, I mean they will close the door and lock it at 9:30pm. They are nice to give you your receipt and hurry you up out, but within that last hour, they already start cleaning up and speak in Chinese( Maybe telling each other to hurry you out). This was my first and last time there, thats a guarantee. 👍-food/👎-service [these are the people who work at night]. If there is a staff before them; they must be better, I'm not sure. That's all...
Read moreI had left a 5 star review 3 years ago but after the last visit we will no longer be going here. My husband and I dined in and he got the house soup special. The meat is on top so he ate most of it and got spoonfuls of soup. He noticed something white with tiny legs. He scooped it out and it looked like a worm, possibly a maggot. We called the waitress she took it and went to yell at the back. She ended up getting the front lady who takes orders and cashes people out. She said it's ok those come in the brocoli sometimes it's ok. My husband asked for a different soup and she said well no you already ate all the meat, so I'll give you a discount. To avoid conflict, we just left and were given a $4 discount. They should have handled this better and a worm, maggot, whatever is not acceptable in soup. I understand it happens but you should take care of your customer and understand why most people would be grossed out. We will pass eating here...
