Taco Jalisco Authentic Mexican Restaurant Jalisco Style — Restaurant in San Antonio

I'm a regular customer and always order to pick up or delivery I've had bad experiences in the past but nothing to warrant a review, up untill I kept running into the same issue they always forget to put in my pick up order and have either a half baked excuse how they are busy in an entirely empty restaurant or they don't say anything at all and just expect you to go with it, if I order pickup 15 minutes before I show up I kinda expect any half decent restaurant to have my order ready for me when I show up not be scrambling to put my ticket in while you and the other waitresses gossip and sit around, and if I wasn't already annoyed at that it seems now that regularly the quality of the asada has gone drastically down hill to the point where at times it tastes like rancid meat and is inedible or is filled with so much cartilage that you get maybe 3 or 4 good pieces of meat just disappointing to see the effort and quality put over there isn't as good as it use to be and it seems like people are...

This place is horrible. My family and I gave them a few tries. But they have run out of chances. The staff is really rude. We would dine in at this restaurant and we were treated like we were a bother. My family and I ordered the cheese enchilada plates. We were given cold enchiladas with queso fresco cheese inside. We asked for the special of the day which was cheese enchiladas. Not some funky cold queso fresco cheese and gross beans. We won't be going here anymore. If you don't know how to make enchiladas the right way you shouldn't have a restaurant. The first time we went we were treated odd and I thought maybe the waitress was just having a bad day but when we went another time they treated us like it wasn't her job to help us or assist us and the attitude that was given was nasty.They also charge 10% or more extra if you use a credit or debit card. They tell you it's 4% but when I got my receipt back it was 10%. Please don't go here there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that...
