Edward is the worst NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GAMESTOP Or EDWARD HIMSELF Wanted to take part in the %50 off ETB box sets for pokemon. Was looking for a specific ETB. I called the store to see if they had one. The manager, Edward, told me they had only had one left. No holding, only a “first come first served basis” that no other GameStop gave me, especially the one GameStop at the 5601 Bander mall holding a ETB for someone else. So I had to rush over there and then I see the manager Edward selling it so someone else but he decided to pull a prank on me pretty much telling me that the guy “his best friend” was buying the last one. Made me “break a sweat” as he said. After I exhaled and was already bothered by the fact that he said “sorry man” and had traveled all over SAN ANTONIO, after a long day of work… TRULY One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I saw his “Best Friend” leave with THE EXATC SAME ETB AS I HAD. So clearly all liars that work there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS...

The cashier is super rude. We were just asking questions about a game and he was very condescending. We asked about the gamestop daily deal thats on their website and he told us they wouldn't be able to honor it because it was on the website. We had previously gone to the gamestop on military and 410, literally right before we headed to this location, and they told us it wasn't a problem, but they didn't have the game in stock. So they looked up who did have it, told us the marbach location had it but to be careful with them because they do t like following policy and we'd probably have a hard time there. So the fact that other stores are warning their customers about the employees at this location says alot. I spend a crazy amount of money on video games. As does my husband. Why would they try to upset customers who spend a crazy amount of money with them? Bad experience all around. There are better game stops...

This is a beautiful clean spacious and overall great store. My husband and I stopped here to get a switch accessory and were blown away with this store. I cannot stress how incredible it was.

To start it was spotless, like insanely clean. The shelves were really organized and very well stocked. They had a large clearance rack and clothing rack. This store looked like it had just opened even though it hadn't.

To make the experience better the staff was so nice. Devine was the employee that helped us. He greeted us when we arrived and asked if we needed anything. We told him what we wanted and brought it up with no issues. I was just really impressed with every aspect of this location. My husband and I will definitely go...
