This has to be the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. They are rediculous on their delivery times and the quality of their pizza is just poor. The actual resturant is dirty and run down looking. 4 times I have ordered from them and 4 times they have messed it up. First time, I ordered for delivery and they quoted 90 min delivery time. 120 min later I called back just to get directed to the call center and be told it would arrive shortly. Waited another 15 minutes then headed over to the store directly to retreive my order since they were about to close in less then 10 minutes. When I got there the order wasn't even made and had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it. 2nd time I was quoted again 90 minute delivery and 2 hours later got cold, stale incorrect order. 3rd time I decided to order for carry out to avoid the extended delivery times. I ordered two large pan pizzas and when I got home there was 2 handtossed in the box. Called them up and they insisted it was pan. The pizza was flat as crap. I told them there was no way it could be (I worked for pizza hut years ago in college and this was no pan pizza). Then they tell me that the dough was "bad" and the pizza was just flat. From my experience, if the pan pizza doesn't puff that means the dough is old and if you know the dough is "bad" why are you serving it? Avoided this Pizza Hut for nearly a year and have been driving 5 miles to another Pizza Hut for my pizzas. Tonight decided to order delivery and HAD to order from this store. Again, placed my order and 11/2 hours later driver arrives with only half my order, not even enough to feed the whole family so I decided not to eat tonight. On top of that, driver failed to give me all my change back. His excuse "I dont have any more change". Thats bullshit. Called the "customer care line" demanding my money back and to speak to a manager and call center manager says that they are going to take down my information and have the district manager for that store call me back. Read moreI went to order a meal for my family, because we love Pizza Hut. I got there a bit early, so waited inside the restaurant. First thing I hear from your employee, Jesse the face tattoo guy was, "there's gonna be an hour wait" I then tell him that my food should be ready here shortly. He then say something about how my food's gonna take A little bit longer than what the app says. I say okay. I wait about 15 minutes and proceed to go to the counter. And ask about my food. I'm told that it's still not ready in that I will be told when it is ready. But at the same time, this guy spends five minutes telling me how busy it is without actually making my food. I'm asking him that I want him to make my food and stop talking to me, He then asks me if im his boss and if I tell what to do? I tell him that he's been calling me "boss" about 10 times now, asks me if I want a refund I say no, he then yells to the back of the kitchen for them not to make my order (turns out hadn't started on it yet) then threatens me under his breath saying "if i wasn't clocked in" super unprofessional, shame on you Pizza Hut!! Read moreI have always gone to this location. Never had an issue. Yesterday I placed an order for pick up, was given the wrong order. When I called about it, the guy who answered talked to me like I made the damn, then told me they were an hr behind( you know the people who ordered after the mess up w mine). I had my daughter go make the exchange. They waited an hr plus , and still no pizza. In fact got lied to continuously about the status of the pizza. I was told there was no manager, they were told the manager was in the back. All this while people were asking where their orders were , and walking out. When my daughter asked for my refund , they didn’t give it to her. Some guy and girl running to the back acting like they were talking to the nonexistent manager ( the one who was talking to the higher ups.. their words). This is why people have such trash views of Marbach customer service. A couple of horrid employees left to their own devices, screw up everyone else. In the end I blame mngmt though.
