First of all let me start by saying peter pipper pizza is my favorite pizza until recently I've had 2 horrible experiences at the Marbach location .1st bad experience was when I ordered 2 pizzas well done one xlarge with pepperoni and bacon and second one the werkx with 20 well done wings the reason I oder my food this way is cause we love our pizza with a little crisp and wings as well, I also ordered 4 large cups 3 small and a salad with 4 extra ranch and 2 20$ game cards.I asked the team leader to please put my wings in first as I know they would take longer cause I asked for them well done ..Anyways so my pizza came out first and I noticed it was sitting under the warmer in a box so when my pager goes off I notice the pizza was cold and soggy and team leader insisted it had just came out but I heard the other worker telling her that she told her to wait on making but she didn't pay attention too her.So I respectfully confronted her about it and she denied it so I left it as is saying to myself I won't be back, but today I find myself with grandkids and family back over at the this location and same experience except this time wings where soggy and not well done and pizza was soggy aswell.. Again the same team leader was here and I asked why my wings where soggy if they had been cooking for 35min she said that they were well do e I told her no because they had my 20 in an individual pan separate from all the other wings and she was pulling from 2 separate trays .. It was than she realized she gave mine to someone else and tried to play it off as if she didn't know, and didn't seem to care ..Again I have spent over 100$ just in food and 75$ in just games today 7/22/24 I have all my receipts to prove it...But I won't ever be going back to this location again or be any other...
Read moreWe had our daughters birthday party here. Signed up for a birthday package online. Some guests had to cancel days prior so I called days earlier and was told that if not everyone showed, we'd be deducted the cost of our party for the no shows. We showed and a couple people were sick and also couldn't come. We reserved for 12adults and 10kids. Only 7kids and 7adults attended. Our host Misty was either new or clueless but she wasn't much help and activated 8 game cards instead of asking us first. Which of course we would've told her to use her eyes and count the kids at the table. We get our bill (overcharged) and didn't even receive the whole birthday package because we didn't get our birthday framed photo. We had places to be after the party so I decided we'd call them the next day to have the bill straighted out. Also need to mention, there were teenagers there on the kiddy games, messing them up. Some games didn't even work and didn't have out of order signs. Pizza to be desired. Just more ghetto from being here a year prior. I called today to let them know how we were overcharged and didn't get our entire package. They tell us all they can do is give us $20 credit for our next visit and it has to be within 2 weeks. We ask for that credit to refunded and they "can't". Like we'd ever come back after yesterday's ghetto circus. I don't recommend this place. I should've went to Main Event like we usually do or CiCis Pizza like my friend recommend. Don't waste your time or money here, it's...
Read moreI went for the lunch buffet which is about $10 for an adult. The selection was excellent, even having two dessert pizzas available and a salad bar. The location was clean, with the music being not too loud but still audible. The pizza is excellent quality with a wide variety of toppings available. I saw pineapple, jalapeno, and spinach on my first pass. Rare options on a buffet in my experience. The arcade area was fun and not too expensive. I put $5 on a play card and was happy with the number of game plays that bought me. I even got a prize from the prize counter. A cute little army man figurine like the ones I wanted as a child. I finally have one. I will likely return to get the rest of the set. The employees were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their area of work. The dessert pizzas are excellent. I tried both on this visit. The crust of both are soft but firm. The cinnamon one was not too sweet but didn't have an excess of cinnamon & the strawberry one was superb. Sweet, soft, with a crumbly topping. Definitely my favorite of the two. The salad bar is lovely with fresh veggies and a nice selection of dressings. It offered both croutons & sunflower seeds for crunch & the cucumber pieces hadn't been out long enough to go glassy, so they were fresh indeed. I was very happy with the salad I built for myself. Also, for those who care about this, during my visit they did have Cherry Coke available from the soda fountain. Would...
