I have come in on a few occasions and have noticed a few things within the environment of this establishment. First of all, upon entering, i was greeted warmly by an associate Jessica. Who was friendly and very professional. I would hope this individual would be management as I have seen more professionalism from her than a few others. I have come in to witness what seems to be the owner who I feel is very unprofessional, interrupting the associates during busy work times and distracting them from work tasks. Also, I witnessed him looking at the females in a manner that is unprofessional and would bother me if my daughter worked there. I witnessed favoritism in this workplace and noticed that those in management shouldn't be. There were a few there that represented the company in a positive manner. As I've paid attention to leadership since that is what makes the business thrive, I would say you may need to consider who you have and who you need. The cookie cakes I've ordered come out as expected, but the one I would like to have designed my cakes moving forward is Jessica. She also needs to lead the team. The other you have still has a lot to learn. I asked for her name, which I think starts with an N. The building is clean but could improve a little on the dust cleaning, especially around the windows. I'll be ordering another cake soon for a corporate event and will be asking for Jessica.. management, i encourage you to get rid of favoritism here. It is thick and can see it like smoke In the air. Went to pick up birthday cake today and it was incorrect. Verified with them we ordered it correctly they just made it wrong. The manager was not there but was called. They could not correct it or refund. The manager was very disrespectful to my senior citizen mom that went to pick up the cake. He told her he would refund when he got there in 45 minutes or so. No offer to rectify it. He said there is no general manager or anything he is the final word. My mom was so upset and disoriented I told her just leave, no need to stay for him to show up to be further rude to her in person.
