Bandera Pointe — Local services in San Antonio

ROSS Bandera Pointe Management does not value their customers. On several occasions, management fails to schedule sufficient cashiers to handle their high volume of sales. With an average of 1 - 2 cashiers on any given day, customers are forced to stand in an unorganized line which seems make shift at that. Friday Aug. 18th @ 1:45, well over 20 customers in line with multiple items and TWO cashiers. Asked the security guard who "welcomes" everyone upon arrival, he informed me the manager was in the back on lunch break. SERIOUSLY? He recommended I put my 1 item on hold. We decided to visit Ross at The RIM...there was no line and 3 cashiers on duty. However, we still ended up at our favorable TJ MAX & Home Goods where we found exactly what we were looking for...9 cashiers on duty and a pleasant experience! Thank you Jesus for good customer service! CONCLUSION ROSS Bandera Pointe is long over due in hiring qualified managers who truly value their customers as much as they do sales. Went thru drive thru 1st, they forgot topping& flavor for the chestnut prailene, it tasted like pure black coffee So then I had hunny pull in a parking place then o went in & ordered the SALTED caramel cream brulee latte They kept making everyone's behind me, so I walked over to the girl and said" do you have an order for Sue?" She looked I the cups & said 3 more then yours"??? The girl next to me said "Omg I got here,way after you & I already got mine" I said " I know & so did those e girls over there & that guy!!!!". Then about 10 more min. A guy started making mine he forgot the whipped creme for the top, the caramel & that shaker seasoning" do I just took it & left.
