H-E-B — Local services in San Antonio

I do like shopping at this HEB, been shopping there for coming up on 10 years in June. They do not have the great promotions that they had pre covid, they still do have buy one item get another item free, sometimes 2-3 items free! Which when on a budget comes in handy. What I have noticed is their quality inspectors, if they still have them, have been slacking when it comes to the quality of their Brand CHZ 2(squared) Baked Cheese Crackers, mainly with the Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese flavored crackers! Not sure if the recipe is off a little or bake time is too short or too long, a majority of the crackers have split into two parts, right down the center, as if they separated, the Cheddar Cheese not as much. Bit concerning as many are broken into smaller pieces and end up with almost a cup full of pieces and crumbs! I do like to have them for a snack, do not eat many types of chips after reading the ingredients in most bagged chips etc... so it is disturbing to find so much of the package is crumbs and small pieces. They are in a 12.4 OZ package, with possibly 2-4 oz's being crumbs! Not receiving the value versus price. So if anyone from HEB headquarters will read this, or if HR or Representative reads it, will forward to HQ, hopefully that issue can and will be resolved! Not a review about HEB but a eyebrow salon in it. It sucks. I saw the salon EYEBROWZ and thought, “how convenient!” I walk in and sign my name and no one greeted me but I brushed it off and sat down since there was a client being worked on. The client pays and leaves and as she leaves a lady walks through the door and sits in the eyebrow lady’s chair. And the lady proceeds to do HER eyebrows and doesn’t even acknowledge me.So I’m there waiting patiently until the lady is done. The lady signals me to sit and I sit. Again,didn’t greet me didnt say or apologize for skipping me. Once I opened my eyes and saw in the mirror what that lady did I wanted to cry. She nodded her head as if “is this okay?” And as she had been rude the whole time I didn’t even nod back or say anything. I just payed and cried in my car. The beginning of the eyebrow was round,the other squared. The arch on one was in the middle, the other arch was done way at the end. They were different lengths and withs from each other and what’s worst she did them so that one looks really high and the other really low. Of course to achieve this she had to of left them very thin. I didn’t expect perfect just decent. My eyebrows were hard to mess up. I loved the H.E.B. on the south side because it's the one I was raised going to from a young kid til I married at 19 well then at 20 had my only daughter moved to some apartments on Dollarhide and valley high at the time well guess what still went to H.E.B.on the south side on military drive and Zarzamora then we moved to different places but CONTINUE to go to the same H.E.B. because I would find everything and at the prices I needed now with a child. Long story short my child and I continue our journey with our H.E.B. Southside on military til a man who I didn't even think he would take an interest in me and my child well, lord had other plans here it is 2019 my child is a young lady and know. I have my upmost favorite H.E.B. which happens to be on Bandera and 24th street. I love it because there customer service is outstanding rain, shine, ugly whether the service doesn't change from the time you walk in to the time you get ready to leave. Let me make this loud and clear they don't just do this for the disabled people only they do it for everyone that walks through those doors!
