I’ve been coming to Tacos Vitali for a while now—usually at night after long shifts, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the night crew. They’ve always been kind, efficient, and welcoming. But today… today was a completely different story. I placed a $51.30 order through Seamless at 2:07 PM—after working a brutal 15-hour shift at the hospital. I went home, changed into my pajamas, and headed over just wanting to pick up my food and rest. Instead, I was met with profiling, disrespect, and a complete lack of human decency. When I walked in and gave my name and order number, Gabriella E, the server working, looked me up and down and immediately acted like I was lying. She checked the system and told me there was no order under my name. Then she asked me repeatedly who I ordered with—like I didn’t know how to order food or use an app. TO THE OWNERS … your restaurant storefront on GOOGLE literally offers Seamless as an option. It’s right there when you try to order. So why was I being interrogated and dismissed for using it? Trying to be helpful, I even handed over my unlocked phone, open to the Seamless receipt—letting them scroll themselves, thinking it would be a quick resolution. Instead? They placed my phone on the counter like it was nothing, and kept up their conversation—calling someone and laughing about a “ghost order” while I stood there completely disrespected. Then came the Spanish. Gabriella and another staff member began talking about me, saying things like “ella no entiende” and “probablemente es falsa”—clearly assuming I couldn’t understand them. I’m a Black woman—not an idiot. And I understood every word. After all that, I had to pull up my confirmation AGAIN, show the $51.30 bank charge, and spell out every detail just to prove I wasn’t lying. Finally, Gabriella rolled her eyes, shoved the bag toward me without a word, and walked away. No apology. No accountability. Nothing. I left Tacos Vitali feeling humiliated, racially profiled, and completely embarrassed. What makes it worse is that this wasn’t my first visit. I usually come at night—after work—and the night crew has always been amazing. But this afternoon experience? Disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable. To MANAGEMENT: If you’re going to offer Seamless as an ordering platform, train your staff to use it. And more importantly, train them to treat Black women with basic human decency. I should never be made to feel like a criminal for placing a mobile order—especially after handing over proof and trying to cooperate with kindness.

First time customers. Wanted mini tacos late at night. This restaurant is clean and smelled amazing, the food was Awesome!!! They give you a piece of grilled onion and limes. The tacos look like someone sat on them though and they made a mess so you had to make your own tacos. The presentation wasn’t “pretty”. The service is 3 stars because when we first walked in, a girl named Gabriela (name was on the receipt) had a very poor attitude, like we were bothering her or something by ordering. She never greeted us, she just stood there looking irritated. It was very uncomfortable. I kept giving her kindness and eventually she was polite back. She was cleaning and just had such a bad attitude. Easy to tell she hates her job. Other than that, great restaurant! Ps, I like the cat outside.

Well, to be fair I’m not totally impressed or totally disappointed. The pastor taco was very tasty better than I’ve tasted anywhere else that being said the I saw that was good but it came out shredded so I asked why and they said that how they do it so my next order the quesadilla I got it just regular chopped up not shredded and it was 1000% better, be full of flavor and ingredients not too pricey but if you order à la cart, it does get a little bit pricey definitely come back and try it again. It’s a very clean kind of corporate style taco place. it’s like a taco truck opening inside a building, but it’s very clean very trendy. I think this place is a chain location.

First time here. Soda tasted unsweet. Needed more syrup. The food had zero salt. We got the street taco and potato with charro beans combo. Online said $22.99 but menu price was $24.99. Went through drive through. The female spoke so fast we couldn’t understand her. When asked what kind of meat we wanted on our potato we explained it was our first time here so we weren’t sure of our options. She said we could “pick our meat.” Well we didn’t know what they offered so we just said beef. The potato isn’t a baked potato. It’s mashed potatos with stuff on top. No butter. Was supposed to have cheese on it but there was barely any cheese. Had to put sour cream on with a packet. Again no salt. Not very tasty. Portions are small for the price. My husband and I shared this combo as it came with two drinks. Not impressed. Tried it once but won’t be back. They even asked for a tip. That’s the most annoying. “Would you like to leave a tip?” If we did, we’d leave one. Believe me, people don’t forget to leave a tip if they feel...

First time. The place used to be a Sonics so be prepared for the lack of parking and seating. Options are limited FYI: 2 meats. Thin steak or. Their version of “al pastor” Prices: 11.99 or combo $22 We visited on a Saturday around 2 and it was busy but waited 10 mins in line to order. And then another 10 for our food. The cashiers had a long face minus the lady working in the back who’s running the orders. She looks like she has experience in Cs and dealing with a busy restaurant crowd.

Food wise; we ordered the combo and 4 orders of 11.99 6 piece tacos with both meats. The tortilla had a nice fresh taste to it. As far as the meats. Not much flavor. The salsa was ok nothing special. The potato was missing flavor. No salt or pepper at least. The nachos has enough melted cheese with is always great. The horchata was good. Jamaica not no much since it tasted watered down.

Definitely nothing special and not worth the hype it received on social media platforms. Such as that...
