Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Antonio

I went to order my food. Was not greeted when entering.Order from the kiosk. Was waiting for my food in the lobby and the whole time they guy in the back was complaining when orders were coming in. The two women that were in the front looked busy with drive thru. One was working them drive thru and other was making fries, tacos and other foods. It took about 40 mins for me to get my food. When she called my number put she hands me one bag for all the food i had ordered. I spent about $44 and she shoved everything in one bag. When i told her o offered more than one thing she said yes its all in the bag. So I decided to look at the order and of course half of the order was missing. When i am telling her i am missing food she took the receipt to look at it and walked away to just add tacos to the bag. I told her i am missing more food. She then told the guy in the back and he started yelling at her telling her he had made the burgers and what did she do with them. She even ask him to remake one of the burger since its was mad wrong and he was in the back complaining about remaking it. While i was waiting some other people walked in asking about a deal they had from metro and they told them, they couldn't use the deal and that there was an other jack in the box down the road. They walked out and came back in and the guy tells them you have to buy a burger and get one free. After they left he came to the front and handed me the burgers and said he was sorry. I told him you made the burger but it was made incorrectly and he said so i did make it. Grab the burger and threw it in the trash. Employees were not wearing names tags. By this time i was already annoyed so I just grabbed my food and left. And to top it off all the food was cold. If I could put ZERO stars I would!! I understand short staff, but they were "taking small orders" we were a party of three. Ok, but if I'm paying for food I should enjoy or like at minimum. But my child is ALLERGIC to certain foods. I couldn't say hold the mayo or add lettuce. Oh, no that is too much. That's not short staff issues that's laziness. Clock out and go home if you can't handle a little bump. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. If anything why don't you just close down for the day if you can't handle the situation. Jack needs to assess this situation and address it. NEVER ever GOING BACK and I'll be informing my friends and family! I am here to UPDATE they still have not IMPROVED!! They let you order and come to find out AFTER paying the order is INCOMPLETE!! They expect you to just be ok with it. AFTER WAITING at the drive thru window for over 15 minutes and feeling like I was holding up the line they hand you an INCOMPLETE MESS! Two burgers was missing lettuce. I CAN'T eat mozz stick w/out marinara come to find out they're out after selling me the variety pack they were OUT of onion rings!! EXACTLY why we went there! My bfriend burger was wrong! the place is great to eat and get a drink on a good day but certain items seem overpriced and understaffed and even when i do buy it on occasion I still dont feel full so i have to eat something else. even the big breakfast isnt big enough and i have to pay extra for bacon or sausage. also when i went there the side of jack in the box the left pillar was coming apart which tells me that jack in the box spends money on cheap materials or theyre getting ripped off by their building contractor and spending a lot of money only to get back cheap building materials in return. also some of the workers clearly dont enjoy being there and try to fake a smile. also the wi-fi is great for watching videos and listening to music or browsing the internet but its not great when uploading or downloading anything. I come here once in a while but dont make a habit out of it because of prices, occasional food quality, and sometimes when i get a refill the soda machine runs out of almost everything when i choose something. all the colors go grey on me and the soda tastes awful at that point. you...
