I am writing this review so people can be aware of price/cost miss represented by sales personal. On month to month agreement you receive invoice triple charge and upfront renting. If you dispute or want to cancel NO ONE will respond to you for a month. if you complain it will be ignored and the billing will continue to come to your email. I have all emails put together so I can file a Federal Complaint on Regus how they rip people off and ignore to communicate with their customers. So sad how Regus does business in Texas. Horrible. Got sold on the mail plus and was told it included mail forwarding each week and I could call anytime to check my mail. After I signed up, I started getting charged a mail forwarding fee on top of the Regular monthly mail plus fee. Now, I was told they charge an extra $9 each time just to tell you what’s in your mail when you call in. Ridiculous! Price gougers and...
