This is the worst auto insurance I have ever had. Poor customer service, they don’t respond after numerous phone calls and emails. The claims adjuster was very rude and unprofessional. They claim to have full coverage insurance but once you file a claim they disappear on you and do not want to cover the damages. My vehicle is at the collision center for a $3000 estimate they say their policy does not cover. So why charge people full coverage policy when you don’t provide that service. This is engaging in deceptive trade practices under consumer protection act. Their response was a check they send me in the amount of $247 thinking that that is going to cover the damages. I am very furious right now and upset at how this company does business I don’t know how they are even in business. But I will be taking legal action to get this rectified and this issue resolved one...

I've been with this insurance company for a year. The only reason I stayed with them is because the dealership where I got my car from set me up with them. I didn't have a problem with them until a few months ago. I have had full coverage and Collison on my car since day one. They dropped me in the middle of a claim. The claiming agent said I had to provide a photo of the car before they could let me make a payment? The supplement was for 1500 the person who did the report didn’t even look under the hood and claimed it was a cheap fix..1 month later my car is still in the shop and they haven’t sent a check to the mechanic.. my job had to loan me money to get another car... then i was told it was a wrecked car.
