This is the worst auto insurance I have ever had. Poor customer service, they don’t respond after numerous phone calls and emails. The claims adjuster was very rude and unprofessional. They claim to have full coverage insurance but once you file a claim they disappear on you and do not want to cover the damages. My vehicle is at the collision center for a $3000 estimate they say their policy does not cover. So why charge people full coverage policy when you don’t provide that service. This is engaging in deceptive trade practices under consumer protection act. Their response was a check they send me in the amount of $247 thinking that that is going to cover the damages. I am very furious right now and upset at how this company does business I don’t know how they are even in business. But I will be taking legal action to get this rectified and this issue resolved one...
