Unless you want to be scammed and lied to don’t move here. Moved in beginning of June into what I was told by Guillermo the person who gave us a tour and what unit to apply to, it’d be stainless steel appliances, fully renovated, and upgraded countertops. We applied same day to the unit he advised us of. Day of move in that was not the case, we got old appliances, old countertops, horrible patch work in all the doors in walls which were obviously huge holes and still look like it and not even a week in, refrigerator broke, Ice machine broke, refrigerator leaks still after 2 months of living there and the dishwasher is still broken. Safe to say we didn’t get anything that we were told to be getting. Day we got the keys management told us “oh don’t worry I’m just waiting on the approval from Brittney (manager)” who was waiting on the owners. It took them a month and 3 different managers to finally get back to us after contacting them daily with the final decision to not give us anything we were told to be getting!!! For a month they told us every other day they ordered the appliances and they are just waiting on them to get here. It was all a lie, every single manager there lied to us until they finally screwed us completely. Day they told us no I went in the office to speak to Gina (the new manager) and she was extremely disrespectful and said “I’m not talking to you, you can go ask your girlfriend what I told her” and disregarded me. First of all what property manager speaks to its residents who are paying $2k a month for a realistic $1500 a month home? I don’t know who trained her but they should both be fired. I then proceeded to ask her who she is being disrespectful to seeing as she is an employee and I’m the one paying rent and her whole demeanor changed because she remembered she doesn’t own the property just works here. Point is she is extremely rude and from what I recall she no longer works here and I wonder why. They wouldn’t let us out of the lease the same week we moved in and said we signed a contract but we were lied to which is the only reason we even signed anything. Anytime anything needs to be done they need approval from the owners and for some reason it takes weeks to do so even though they are here every week. So now we are stuck in a 12 month lease paying way to much for this place with holes in the walls and broken appliances because there temps and employees don’t know anything about there floor plans. I would have never stepped foot in this place or signed anything if I was told the truth from the beginning and knew this place was a facad. It took them over a month to come to a “realization” more so an excuse of “we don’t even have upgraded or renovated units on the 3rd floor” This place will lie to you and take your money and then get mad at you when you try and find out why you were lied to all this time. Oh yeah and if you want all your packages stolen by the last tenant for 2 weeks when you move in and to lose out on tons of money even though they told you it was the last tenant taking the packages, have cameras that show the packages being taken and still didn’t do anything then you should definitely move here. Oh yeah and maintenance will enter your home when you aren’t there even though you specifically asked them not to. I had to threaten to call the cops to get people to stop going in my unit when I wasn’t home. This wasn’t a one time thing it was more like 5 or 6 times. Moral of the story is save your time and money and go somewhere else...

Moved in here in June. Upon move in the management lied to us about multiple things to get us to move in, like upgrades, discounted rent, and certain appliances. After signing all papers and paying all fees we were declined those things which was the only reason we had moved in. Management was no help, if they feel like saying no which they did, they’ll say no and say sorry you signed a lease and admit to being told false information. On top of that all out packages were stolen for the first 2 weeks of living there because they never updated there system and they gave the last tenant all our codes to get our packages with, personal belongings, jewelry, clothes, tons of things. And management admitted they know who took them, how they took them, and declined to check camera footage or help law enforcement in this matter. At the end of the day we were out thousands of dollars because they couldn’t properly do what they were paid to do. After months of talking to them they said they’d cut our lease short to 6 months and of course we took it. In those 6 months I put more work orders in than I can count. Old dishwasher broke every time they’d come “fix it”, ac won’t go below 72 and they can’t do anything, and when we moved in every door had holes in them, big gashes through the doors that someone threw paint on, and that alone to get replaced took them 4 months. 4 months after knowing about it since move in day. Refrigerator leaked the whole 6 months puddles of water into the kitchen everyday and right after they fixed it it’d go back to being broken. Roaches that they can’t seem to get rid of and If you are thinking of moving here, just don’t. It’s plain and simple. You would think when your paying $2k a month for a 3 bd apartment with old and broken appliances they’d try and help, show some remorse, or do anything for that matter but here, they won’t. They will say to you what they did to me word for word which was “you signed a legal binding document”. Upon move out they charged us $400 in fees. We left the place cleaner than when we received it and in better condition too seeing as all the holes were fixed after months of them being there. Me and my spouse deep cleaned bathrooms, rooms, cleaned the hell out of that place and they still stole our deposit and charged us false fees that they wanted to make up. None of the managers there are professional, once you at one thing they don’t like they feel entitled to not need to talk to you even though you are the resident. This place is a scam, it’s overpriced for cheap broken apartments that maintenance does a horrible job at maintaining. If you want good customer service you would have better luck going to literally any other property than talking to anybody at this establishment. Save your money, save your time, and don’t make the same mistake we made…...

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I DONT know why no one is talking about the roach infestation but I was here for years, I was in building 5, then moved to building 6, I was told everything was going to be newly renovated and stainless steel, everything was old and the apartment in building 5 that wasn’t newly renovated looked better than the newly renovated one. Roaches were in the microwave, in the refrigerator, in all foods, it got to the point where I didn’t even eat at home anymore because I was so disgusted. When the little man would come out and spray, he did a half A job, I let them know multiple times about it, they didn’t care. I was never late on my rent either. They never answer the phone, management changed constantly. They started just letting anyone move in, and I mean anyone, it’s more like housing now, nothing luxury about this place. Car was on blocked because someone stole my tires and rims, the gates are always broken, the pool is so dirty, it feels like your swimming in oil but it’s because they let people swim with all their clothes on literally meaning long sleeves and jeans, also I’ve never seen someone swim with socks on before.. it’s disgusting. One time we were in the pool with more than 15 people and I felt like I was at the YMCA They would let people come in from the front gate to use the pool when they didn’t live there. Dog poop everywhere, people arguing all the time and making scenes in public, didn’t ever want my kids going outside. Rent was so outrageous for a 3 bedroom almost 3k, the roaches should’ve been paying the rent. The Venezuelans took over, it’s true, pretty soon they will be running the complex, they sit outside all day and night listening to music and just stare at you like your the one that isn’t suppose to be there, started not to feel safe and scared for my life. Because of the roach infestation and them not listening to me about it I will be seeing what I can do to make a report about how unsafe it is to live in conditions like this and also before moving out I left all my furniture there and had to buy everything new because the roaches were in everything!!!! Also the lights in the pool don’t work, it’s super dark, the pool is literally one foot deep there’s no point for the pool. Parking is so horrible. I can go on and on. Also the black mold that they just paint over for the next tenants, etc. please find somewhere safe and...
