My experience with Liv & Love Bridal was absolutely top notch. I went with 3 of my loved ones and we were treated so well. We were offered drinks and the boutique truly feels intimate. My consultant (either Emma or Emily?) was so considerate. I was very nervous trying on dresses due to my size and as soon as I tried on the first dress, that immediately went away. She was very supportive and listened to my needs and I did not feel pressured at any point to make a decision that day. What I felt was really truly above and beyond service was that prior to my first appointment, I send them a Watters dress and they said they didn't have that exact one, but had the designer in. I loved a lot of the dresses, but I kept thinking about this specific one. After my appointment, instead of pushing me into buying a dress that they already had that I wasn't sure of, they looked to see if they could get a sample on loan from another shop. I was able to go in two weeks later to try it on along with my 2 favorites from my first appointment. The alterations was very easy. I was quite lucky and my dress really didn't need many changes, but my bustle was kind of a unique situation because of the tiered skirt and they came up with a perfect solution and you couldn't even really tell it was bustled. I recommend them to everyone I know who is currently dress shopping because it was by far the best experience...

The shop is nice, beautiful dresses. The staff is nice but they are strickly there to sell dresses. We ended up picking a made to order dress, my daughter needed sleeves and length altered, I asked if this is a made to measure dress, the sales person was confused and said no, but then said they probably could but, it would cost a lot more and we would have to take the measurements ourselves. We were told that they have a seamstress they use/refer to and it should not cost much for the few alterations we would need. The shop assistant also suggested we order a dress 2 sizes bigger, my daughter is top heavy and the sample gown fit a smidge tight. With the dress ordered, I eventually contacted the dressmaker directly, come to find out, it could be a made to measure at NO ADDITIONAL COST. After months of waiting for the dress, we took the dress to get an alterations quote at the seamstress Liv/Love uses and because the dress was ordered two sizes too big, and the adjustments that could have been made by the dressmaker were not done, we are looking at over a thousand dollars in alterations!!! Just an FYI, not saying not to buy there, just your measurements if you want a made to order dress so you can SAVE money and avoid unecessary...

Liv & Love is AMAZING, and Taylor was FANTASTIC to work with. She helped get a vibe for what I was looking for, and recommended some fun dresses to try on. I usually hate shopping- especially for something so big and memorable as a wedding dress- it can be super stressful. But the process was great, and Taylor made things very stress free. I found THE dress that day (which was my first bridal appt). I think it is important to note there was a small hiccup in the dress I ordered and what was delivered. (The one ordered had lining and the one received did not). We did not catch this error at first- as either way the dress was stunning, but when I did catch it (about a week after pickup) and brought it to their attention Olivia and her team were super nice about it and had it corrected STRESS FREE. Things happen- but they were amazing to work with and get everything corrected to make sure I loved and was 100% happy with the dress I purchased. I am super happy with my experience at Liv & Love and will continue to recommend them for brides to be. Thank you Taylor & Liv for my beautiful Essence of Australia dress. The train...
