This is a directed review towards the "Manager of the month" I still get fumed thinking about this. Tanya Lewis was the manager on duty on 4/4/2023 at 9:00 pm. following a fellow whataburger employee. After patiently ordering our food and waiting for our order, Tanya stepped out and commented on the young mans job sweeping stating it was poor work done. The kid looked like he was taking the initiative to get a broom and fix it, and then the manager snapped her fingers at him like a dog and told him to come back here and proceeded to keep commenting on the poor sweeping job. The young man couldnt get back to the sweeping due to another customer coming in and then needing assistance with order which of course, this poor employee being in the front by himself asks for assistance and tanya comes back with an attitude and helps the customer. Afterward the employee takes the intiative to ask the customer to confirm the order with him since it was a unique order before payment. As he was going over the order Tanya starts yelling his name from the back repeatedly demanding he stops everyhting hes doing to come to the back. leaving this customer alone in the front. she then comes back up to finish the order and just sends him home. Read moreOver the past 2 1/2 years, Whataburger at this specific location, I-10 in Leon Springs, has only delivered one fully accurate order. We have to bring it up once we notice that the order is wrong. I can't always tell when things are wrong bc I'm not going to try everyone's drink or dig through their hamburgers for accuracy. We are not one's to complain about food bc it never means much if you do, plus it could piss someone off working there and definitely don't want the food tampered with. On the time's we bring to their attention, the Store Manager will offer us one free burger or a free drink. This last time, he offered 4 free cinnamon roles. We always order for at least 4 individuals. It can't be that hard to look at the screen and put the order in the bag just like it reads. If that's asking too much, maybe they should designate one person to checking all orders before going out to the customer or simply re-staff. Maybe even conduct a meeting to say this is their top priority bc it's not at this time. WE WILL not support or order from here ever again. I wish there was a star lower than a 1. Read moreI would first off like to point out that I am in no way a picky eater regardless of the entree being eaten! Heard nothing but great things about this place so thought I'd give it a try for myself while coming from another state. Opening up the wrap from the burger within the same minute of receiving it, the bread was extremely soggy, crushed, and very messy. As I said before, I'm not too picky if an eater so I still ate it. I got the #2 with grilled onions (nothing special); the burger was OK but it was way too messy and soggy to eat towards the end. It fell apart and lost my appetite for it. I've let in-n-out air for ~15 min and it didn't get nearly as soggy as this did in less than a minute. The flavor was there but the presentation and putting everything together was extremely poor. If I'd chose to come again, I sadly would not. I've see far better presentation from McDonalds compared to here, that should toss up some red flags. Just my 2 cents.
