Let me start this with I have been a die hard bill millers fan for as long as I can remember. With that being said, I will be finding another breakfast taco place. I ordered at least once a week for our shop. Today I ordered a tea, and 3 tacos. Somehow the app changed my store location, no big deal, I obviously do not blame them for that. What I do have an issue with is that I explained all of it to the nice girl at the counter who says it's just 3 tacos, we should be able to make them. She went to confirm this with her manager. While this exchange is happening, I check the order status at the other store, order has not even started to process. The nice girl came back to let me know what her manager said,I saw the whole conversation, so I didn't need her to let me know what she said. The manager proceeded to say, it's already made at the other store, not knowing the order or taking the time to even listen to what her employee is saying. The body language was horrible also, very annoyed. I did that job for 10 years, I wouldn't of ever treated my employees that way or my customers. Customers can be irrating, I understand,but I intentionally made sure I was not, as it can be busy during mornings. What I as a customer felt, is wrong. I love bill millers and I will visit other locations, but I don't want to support someone's income with my business who acts that way. Plus, they added a Laguna Madre, Bill Miller's answer to seafood, and next door is a Whataburger & Taco Cabana.. Fast Food Haven. I do feel the training of the staff is weak. The few times I've been at the Bill Miller's at Ralph Fair Road, I come out frustrated and unappreciated. Kind of like I'm interrupting something. No, I don't need bells & whistles and confetti thrown all over the place. All I ask is for decent service. Twice, my to-go order was wrong. I will add that I called to complain and they did ask me to drop by and I'd get a refund for the missing items. Again, given a "here's your refund," but no apology. I'm over 9 miles away, and arriving with "dinner ready" and dinner is missing a poorboy is not a pleasant sight at my house. Anyway, today I called to ask about the supply of tamales and the young lady who answered the phone was not friendly...seemed in a hurry, and gave the impression that I was asking a stupid question. Like, "duh, lady.. we have tamales. Why are you asking?"

On a Saturday night )5-17-25) they had no food ready and wait time was 25 minutes at 7:05 p.m. THE LADY manager was gladly handing me back my money knowing that she did not prepare her team for the dinner rush. It's sad that they (Mgr and staff) get all this training to go run a smalll kitchen and can't even get the smallest of menus correct during a dinner rush.
My bill was 23$ and The employee told me it would take 2 more minutes for the food to be ready. after 15 minutes of waiting in my car I decided to get out of my car to check and see what was going on inside.. the lady mgr then told me was going to take 10 MORE minutes to get the food prepared... this is the 3rd time in 4 months that this locations does this.
NOTE: I'm not writing this review for customers to see, I'm writing this review so the home office understands how poor this location is operating and hold these managers and employees accountable otherwise they'll never get better at what they do and will consistently make these mistakes
Otherwise.... how else will they know that they aren't good...
