Just briefly walk'd thru their park'n lot to get to my location's destination & lit was clean with busy pplz handle'n their own personal business @ this location as I pass'd thru & it's a huge park'n lot wit various businesses wit'n it's acres of land & parking lot 4 all of these various businesses. Even on Sundays. There's a public laundromat, eateries, tattoo artist spot, sport's bars, and other local restaurants nearby. Traffic is always heavy & there's a Walmart Supercenter & H E B located on this 4-way intersection. Average place and you have reason to be here. Not a place you just stumble upon not many open businesses either except laundry mat. If you feel ok after pulling in and it having a hood atmosphere your good and it's open 24hrs. Giving four stars only cause bathrooms are NEVER OPEN when we are there. And in the late evenings and at night when we can do laundry it's always a mess. I get people can be messy but overflowing trash cans and no restrooms and empty soap bottles everywhere.
