Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in San Antonio

Regional Mgr Sophie if you are reading this I’m hoping to catch you to discuss the behavior of one of your managers by the name of Chrissy she an older white female with jet black hair. I recently stopped by this location for a quick lunch when this specific individual described above was extremely rude.

First I got the wrong order. I was handed 2 chili cheese dogs ( which I didn’t order) and a corn dog. I corrected the order before driving away even offered to pay for what I was handed but I was told “no it’s okay, it’s our fault” so I said thank you and I let it go.

I was finally handed my correct order so I pulled up to a parking spot and grabbed my chili cheese fries and one box didn’t have any chili on it at all only cheese and my corn dog was cold. So I walked up to the front to ask them to correct my order. This is where this lady got real disrespectful. After speaking with 2 male associates who were both willing to correct my order the Mgr on duty Chrissy came to the window aggressively so I let her know what was wrong.

She then said “your lucky you even got food and 2 FREE chili cheese dogs” then, stated the the corn dog were cooked for 4 minutes. I was absolutely shocked I shook my head and said “excuse me, what’s your name?” She said “I don’t have to tell you anything!” I said “your right I’ll just call corporate” and I walked away to my car and called corporate left 2 vms.

PANDEMIC or NO PANDEMIC this individual does NOT deserve to be working in customer service PERIOD!!! I highly suggest firing her because this is absolutely uncalled for. All I asked for was a correction but she took it as a commission based job like as if she’s losing money to add what they forgot which was chili and a hot corn dog. I reported this...

Pretty sure the only location in central San Antonio and so grateful we have one ! When I get the chance to go, I go. I get pregancy cravings and the chili cheese fries is always calling my name.

Usually a small line, but does by quickly. Everytime we've ordered food they have never missed an item in the bag (so far 🤞) and always hook us up with the condiments. Random but there is also a JUNKYARD BURGER my husband orders everytime he goes. Not on their menu but they got it!!

Service is always good, I've read some of the previous reviews about mask not being worn or behaviors that weren't the best. We havent had these issues. But I can say the crew is prodomtly young and chit chatty so while were waiting for foods they will comment on my husband tattoos or you'll hear them and their silly conversations, I dont let it bother me. Again they are young and in a confined area. Long as my order is right, which again so far it has been then I don't care. Its fast food, let's not make it too serious.

Only downfall I have is when leaving I have to get back onto the freeway and to exit the location it is not the safest or easiest location to cross the road on. I legit pray people will slow down and drive through about 5 lanes to get where I gotta go. Haha. Wish they had picked a better spot, but that's just me being a...

Wow! This was an awesome place to .... (Stop) reality check; first of all, me and my brother were there yesterday (sorry I'm late on the review ) and it was "odd" to say the least , the woman who was at the register seemed to have diffcult​y understanding English (even tho clearly it was her first language) upon ordering " two chili cheese burgers " my brother wanted the chili to be held back , she then repeated to him " so you want two chili cheese burgers with out cheese or chili" and he then said "no , just without cheese " she then struggled to process this information and replied after a moment of struggling with " is it ok if I charge you a little bit more because I don't know how to ring it up?" So he then got the main worker to handle his order and it was cleared up quickly. Well I wish this was the end but no sadly it wasn't , just when I thought we saw the worst of the situation he then pulls out his 7 dollar meal (and some change ) and it looks like to jail house burgers to go , the burgers where so flat that I thought they had been dried out and left in the street .. it was a rough site.. and then to see my poor brother scarf those two paper burgers down and look completely unsatisfied was also a sad moment . So hopefully no one experiences this.. note, this happened...
