Order on the Court — Local services in San Antonio

There was a funny smell when we walked into the building with courts 3-5. There’s a lot of rules for chairs & seating. The area where players serve is confusing - our team wasn’t told to my knowledge - players have to serve while a foot is on the blue mat. If they do a jump serve & are not on the blue mat they give the other team a point?!? The area to serve on court 3 was soooo small. The coach that reffed our 2nd game ignored her original decision that a ball was in & therefore we get the ball back. Even her player she put as a line judge said the same. But the parents of the other team kept saying it was out & the team wouldn’t release the ball to our team. So what happened - the coach reversed her decision & gave the ball to the other team even after she’d already said it was in & so did her player who was line judge. She didn’t do this once. She did it 2x!!! I’ve Never seen this happen before where a “ref” goes along with parents of the opposite team on a call. I hope our club won’t do...

The owner is very rude. her and her son got in my face cursing. She cancelled my reservation in less than 24hrs via an email that had a subject line that didn't pertain to my reservation, which I didn't see prior to my reservation start time. My group showed up, not knowing the reservation had been cancelled until another coach informed us that he had the court reserved, I asked the owner about it. She immediately started raising her voice and was very rude. when my husband asked if she could keep the volume down on behalf of the kids, her son who was standing beside her started yelling profanities in our faces. I tried to calm the situation and have a discussion and she didn't want to talk. this was the most unprofessional experience I have had when dealing with a business owner. her cancelling paid reservations in less than 24 hrs happened more than...

I wouldn’t give this place a 1 star if I had that option. They wouldn’t respond to my calls or texts. And left a comment on the website too, but never received a response from them. Very unprofessional place. Don’t waste your time or money here. I placed a reservation here and not only was the address incorrect but they never reserved it for my girls and I to use. The address ok the website is to a plastics company. The place itself was difficult to find and had to go across the street to speak with someone.
