I'm only writing this because I don't want anyone else to lose $45.
I went here two weeks ago. It was busy, but there are menus with what they have available on big screens and they have 7 or so budtenders.
When it was my turn, I told my tender I had a rove battery and was looking for hybrid cartridges. She showed me one and I asked to see another. She showed me another one and said that was pretty much all they had. I don't know if I was reading the menu incorrectly or if it was not up to date, but according to what I read they seemed to have more than she was offering me.
She recommended a Kurvana cartridge, a brand I had never tried before, but I agreed based on her recommendation. This dispensary looks like they have a lot of knowledge on their product and like it is a legitimate business so I was ok trying something new.
The cartridge started leaking a couple of days into me using it. I didn't have time to go back to the dispensary until today. I spoke with a manager and he told me that the Rove battery is too hot for this type of cartridge. I told him the budtender recommended it. He said he has had people have this problem before, with this brand, and if he were to put a sign up about what batteries go with which cartridges it would basically be the brand battery with only it's brand of cartridges.
He also said this specific company does not accept returns from them so I would have to call them on my own and see if I could get a refund from them. They would be unable to do anything for me.
I'm not saying this is a bad dispensary or that they don't know what they are doing, however, this experience is unacceptable to me seeing as they recommended the cartridge and could not back up the value of a product they carry.
What made lose confidence in the dispensary as a whole was the manager explaining to me that my battery was part of the problem, even though I had disclosed that when I purchased the cartridge in the first place, and also that he has seen issues with this brand of cartridge leaking, a comment that was not made to me at the time of purchase.
I would recommend doing your own research before choosing a product at this dispensary, and probably any dispensary, and also asking about their warranty on the item you...
Read moreVisited once, will be going back. Located right on Hospitality Lane, in a windowless 1 story building, pale green (of course) with dark trim. Parking lot and entrance are on the East side of the building, with plenty of parking. There was security outside and inside when I visited, middle of the day, during the week. The usual foyer with controlled access to the actual dispensary, it was a short line and short wait to enter. I was helped immediately, as there was plenty of (busy) staff behind the counter. All purchases must leave the building in a sealed, opaque bag, so if you have been there before, bring your bag from the previous trip or you'll have to purchase one as part of the overall transaction. This is cash only, I don't recall if there was an ATM inside or not, best to bring cash though, there are always high fees with those ATMs... There was the usual cannabis scent, however not odious, there is also a cannabis "bar" on one side, don't really know what that is, I only ever buy edibles for my spouse. Staff was efficient, patient (I'm over 50) and took the time to thank me for service as a veteran. In and out in less than 25 minutes, easy access from the 10 and 215, would recommend this place for older...
Read more(2024.1220) Located out in the deserted lands of San Bernardino on Hospitality Lane. I wouldn't go to this area after dark. The building used to be a strip club, um I mean, a gentleman's club LOL. A bizarre experience, there's armed security at the entrance. The place is locked up tighter than a drum. You need to show ID to enter There are so many rules to follow. I guess it's to keep the employees safe. The place is very clean and has a professional atmosphere. The staff is super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is in display cases or behind the counter. The environment reminds me of a department store makeup or cologne-perfume counter, except there's no sampling. They have an extensive line of consumable products. There's something for everyone, even the curious novel beginner. Prices seem reasonable. Sundays are double loyalty points. CBD oil really helps with chronic pain without the euphoria of the THC in cannabis. The only reason the federal government vilifies cannabis is because big pharma lobbies against it since they can't control it or profit from it. They want you to endlessly take their overpriced pills that have wicked side effects, including the...
