Hungry Bear Tacos — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I had been hearing about Hungry Bear Tacos and how good they are for a while, so I finally decided to try them. These tacos are hands down delicious. At $2 each for a Taco with homemade tortillas, and meat that's grilled over charcoal with some guacamole on top is a killer deal. These tacos were juicy with lots of flavors. I had chicken, asada, and pastor. My favorite was the Asada. The pastor was also good but I felt it could have used more of the marinade. I will be back soon to try all the other meats. (Update 11/27/24) The Tacos went up from $2 to $3. Lengua and tripas are $3.99. I know everything is getting expensive but that's a big jump within the month of me going. I was hoping for some good tacos, I was greatly disappointed. I ordered two tacos Al pastor and a horchata. Horchata was really good, no complains there. The first bite of my taco and all I tasted was cold meat, as if it had been sitting there for a while. Meat did not have much of a flavor and the meat was cut really thick and just felt chewy. Its only saving grace was the tortilla since it tasted like it was made from scratch. I ended only eating one of the tacos and throwing the second one away.

Also I know that there is not much they can do about this but there are a lot of unhoused people at this location and they had no problem in harassing people for money. So that made the experience...

I ate here and sorry to say my corn tortilla tasted like dirty cleaning water and smelled like it too, the meat was not flavored the only good thing was the cucumbers and guacamole on my plate not to mention my horchata also smelled like dirty water and I was afraid to drink it thinking that it had dirty water in it. 🫣😢 I was very hungry very thirsty and anyway looks like I won't be returning to this truck anytime soon 😭 I'm so...
